My usual fish fillet's taste was consistent here, it was a comforting and gratifying meal and this place is vry clean, hygienic, neat and tidy that obviously attracted large neighbouring crowd to patronize them, it's a place where u know your food standard well and you will not be dissapointed. Business was unusually boom on a early Saturday evening, aside from diners, take away and food delivery guys were all seen packed at the food distribution counters. Upon making my payment online I discovered that I forgot to bring my credit card therefore have to make cash payment at the counter, there came a indian lady with grey polo t shirt uniform I guess must be the manager or team leader or something, I asked for payment she reluctantly waved at me to come over to the counter w/o eye contacts or verbal conversation looking at her poker face showed me a very unwelcoming attitude, throughout payment making there's not even a word of Thank You, which sometimes make me think that am I here for a charity of free food distribution that she gotten so ignorant of me, or is it due to her work fatigue that end up making her face soured, as for customer service you have to interact and be polite to your customers isn't it right??? It's really No point for you to hang around instead of going to rest if you are fatigue than to showed your soured face to the whole world, did they offended you?they are your paid customers. It was truly a bad experience for the customer service and simply spoiling one's day as this is our neighbourhood where regular customers comes by everyday.

Actually so disappointed with this McDonalds outlet. I’ve been coming here for many years. Probably since my kindergarten days. They’ve always had an issue with missing out on items / inaccurate orders. The most disappointing was when I’ve feed backed to them, yet didn’t receive a reply / or a follow up. I guess that’s how McD gets richer LOL. 24 Aug 22 - Ordered an additional scrambled egg ($2.60) with the breakfast deluxe, didn’t receive it. Lodged a report via the McD app. No response. 10 Oct 22 - Ordered a Box B $8.10, didn’t get it with my order. By the time I reached home it was 340AM, so I didn’t want to go back. Contacted their feedback app, no response. So utterly disappointing. Since other outlets, when they’ve missed out on various components on the order, and when I’ve left a feedback via the app. I usually get a phone call by the next day. The matter gets rectified in a day. I don’t know why the Serangoon outlet simply does not care about upholding good customer service. Especially when it’s hard to go back to the outlet since one may be in a rush. It’s inconvenient, which is why I leave a feedback and let them get back to me, so that the situation can be fixed. Some might say it’s just $10.70, it’s still hard earned money. Times are tough now and every cent counts. So if you want to head down to this specific outlet CHECK. YOUR. ORDERS. BEFORE. LEAVING. Since the staff always miss out on items and the management doesn’t bother to follow up by contacting you. You’ll never get your money back.

Very cosy and clean place. First time here. Crew (In her early 60s wearing black uniform with a cap) is friendly and went an extra mile to take warm water for my toddler after hearing that the water is cold . Efficient payment etc service

If you want a McDonald outlet that is less crowded, this is a good place. This outlet has quite a lot of seats and, as it is in a housing estate, the crowd is smaller. But do note that this place does not have the McCafe.

I only had coffee while my granddaughter had set meal for breakfast. Very delicious! Staff very cheerful and efficient! Nice outlet too!
