Good service and friendly by Staff named Cecilia . Even I thought they closed already but Cecilia still served me well. Will go again next time.

Ordered a chicken daily bowl but staff did not put any chicken in and charged us the full price. We only found this out after we got back to our accommodation. Really disappointing. Update: I contacted their support and they gave me a complimentary meal at any outlet of my choice. Although it can never change the fact that it dampened our moods that night, it was a good gesture. Edit: increased the star rating from 1 to 3.

Delicious but inconsistent portions. My third time getting a kebab that was half the size of the kebabs i’ve gotten from other outlets. Not sure how much a kebab should weigh but mine was 245g.

Stuffd staffs are always awfully slow. They love to take their own sweet time to serve, while the queue gets very long and queue moves inches every minute. Very fed up with the staff here

Enjoy the Burritos topping healthy & tasty. I was served by Cecilia . She is helpful & efficient. She is getting faster to clear the que. I also enjoy the food. Excellent job provided.

Really love buying Kebab at vivo city outlet because the staff are so helpful and friendly! Kudos to Amirul, Awatif and Cecilia for the great services 👍

It's still quite confusing to order after several times. Appreciate if the staff on duty are always consistent in helping with the whole ordering process. Perhaps this time round, the staff was not that helpful.

The food here is reliably delicious and healthy. I got the burrito bowl with all vegetable toppings, and 5 other. The mash potatoes were really good, paired with the sweet Thai sauce and vegetables. The chicken here always taste great, it has a slightly smokey flavour and is tender and savoury. The food here is worth its price and portion too, would recommend especially if you want a quick take-away meal or snack.

🥗 Food & Taste: Ordered the daily bowl and felt that the service portions could have been bigger. The taste of the food was good. Tried the new mala chicken but it didn’t really taste like chicken tbh.. it’s minced but the texture felt more like plant-based minced meat. The salads and sauces were great. 📍 Place: Located in the basement of vivo city 🤵🏻 Service: Not bad. There were only 2 staffs in the kiosks and yet they tried to serve as quickly as possible and don’t let customers wait for too long. 💰 Price: $12 for my mala chicken daily bowl + nachos 🐣Waiting Time: Reasonable. Was not very long since there was a queue after working hours

Hi Stuffd team, I’ve been a long-time supporter of stuffd, however was disappointed today with the service at Vivocity.. understand that it was a peak period, however it seemed that there was no system present, and customers that had come after my friend and I got their orders done first, resulting in the last portion of chicken going to them, and us having to wait another 15 minutes for our serving of chicken. Additionally, when I had asked for couscous, despite having a fresh portion next to it, I was served this clump of couscous. Understand that stuffd is a fast food chain, but there should be a minimum level of the quality of food being served and a SOP. As you can see, the individual grains of the couscous can’t even be seen and it was inedible, leaving me feeling rather appalled.. I can oversee the lack of order in the serving of customers, however do believe that with regards to food standard, there should be a certain level held to it. Hope you guys can have a look into this and help to improve the system, thanks!

Today's experience was extremely disappointing. Despite consistently ordering the same items, the portion sizes were significantly smaller than usual. The daily bowl barely had any veggies, the potato salad and carrots topping was noticeably reduced(I asked for 2 serving of both but staff gave me half a scoop's worth). While I've had great interactions with other staff members in the past, the service from this Indian male staff today was incredibly subpar. I would advise others to be cautious when encountering this staff member.

My first time ordering from Stuffd on 7 April around 4.30pm. The guy on this shift (I think wore glasses, I can't remember) was super friendly and even showed me the different sizes of the kebab and burrito. The filling was good portion, very neat, and super delicious. I would come back here just coz the service from him was excellent!
