Very great experience with the staff Edward here! He specially made balloon bracelet and dog for me! Very unique and wonderful experience dining outdoors in the park with excellent service. Thank you very much!

Nice branch with a great view of the park. I prefer to sit outdoors since it's the pandemic now. You can takeaway your order and eat at the benches in the park. However, expect long queues... since a lot of us like McDonald’s 😂

Right in the middle of nice park where people bring their pets for a walk, but they don't allow pets. Not even outside. Ppfffttt... Because of this, had to take away the food. Ordered 2 samurai beef burger combo that supposedly comes with shake fries, but received disgusting chicken burger in black bun with no shake fries instead. Lousy service.

A McDonald's in the fringe of Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park. It has outdoor and indoor seatings. Toilets are available too. I visited near 9pm it was rather quiet.

Was there yesterday with my kids to have some ice cream and was deeply appalled by the service rendered by Serene! She exclaimed loudly right in front of me in Chinese,"又是chocolate cone!" I was like wth?! Am I wrong to order that?! The male manager obviously has seen everything but he chose to ignore and do nothing! Luckily it was one of her colleagues that tried to diffuse the situation by explaining that it's het character to act up so easily 🤦♀️ the more she shouldn't be in the front line isn't? Worst part is my chocolate cone was only dipped in half on the side and was dripping all over my fingers! ALSO, SHE TOUCHED MY CONE WITH HER BARE HANDS WITHOUT ANY GLOVES! 🤮 SHE OUGHT TO BE SENT TO RETAKE HER F&B AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE!

This is one of the island's better McDonald's, simply by virtue of it's prime location within Bishan Park. The quality of food and service is pretty standard as far as McDonald's goes. Be warned that although the outdoor seating faces the river, your view only includes the treeline and up, because the outdoor seats are surrounded by a tall hedge. Management should really consider replacing that with simple fencing for a better view.

ok so overall great atmosphere and the food is up to standard but horrible customer service: i have had the wrong order multiple times, such as when i was given a caramel latte instead of oreo mocha latte, and the wrong stuff put in my burger. they also put your order on the pick up list when it’s not ready to make it seem like they can prepare it faster, which is a lie. you usually have to wait 1-4 minutes after that. also there is a lack of workers as you have to wait a long time during lunch hours, and most of the workers are old. otherwise the food tastes the same as most outlets. the view is very good as it is surrounded by nature and very convenient to take a break after my exercise in bishan park, the aircon is very cooling. overall it’s ok i guess. also they do have a place outside to leash your dogs and park your bicycles, and the location is pretty good, near a condo and some hdbs and there are seats everywhere. they also have three entrances from the front and two sides facing the park. just make sure you are aware you may receive the wrong order.

Nice place to have breakfast after running in Bishan Park. I prefer to have breaksfast to see the beautiful park while eating breakfast with nice aroma of Mcdonald coffee.

The place is super dirty at 1030pm on a Monday - thrash all over the floor and tables not cleaned. There were clearly more than enough staffs to handle the whole restaurants, but the staffs were all the chit chatting in the kitchen. The nuggets were dyhydrated and tough. Worst macdonald's experience ever.

This place is quite peaceful in the morning and at night. In the morning, you could enjoy the cooling atmosphere and views of Bishan Park together with your breakfast and choice of beverage. At night, you could enjoy the peacefulness and enjoy a late night snack or dinner.

Bishan Park offers a delightful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. I want to give a special shout-out to Edward, one of the friendly staff members, who not only made our night but also entertained us by crafting twisting balloons for me and my friends. A memorable experience!

Even during non peak hours, simple orders such as a drink or an ice cream can take 10 minutes to get. Food prepared by the kitchen staff is left for a long time as the front counter staff work very slowly. I observed food and drinks left sitting for upwards of 10 minutes.

This place is crowded at about 6pm+. It takes quite a while to prep and serve the food. It took me 30 mins to have my food during last visit. Staffs are fast acting and helpful. Suggest that order traffic control is needed during peak hour or advise the recommended waiting time before placing order
