The foods are great and big portion but frankly the quality of the service needs some serious improvement. Long waiting time during ordering and food serving, especially during peak hour. You just need to cater an extra 1hr of waiting to get your stomach filled.

Located at IMM, the restaurant serves Indonesian+Thai food. They provided good selection of food, and the price is reasonable. In general , food is pretty good, and their serving speed is pretty fast. The rice portion is huge, and 2 person could share 1 rice. Only problem I find about the place is they don’t provide round table for 9 paxs. It it very challenging to share food when you are seated in long table. We had to move our food around to share, very cumbersome.

I used to frequent Bali Thai as I throughly enjoyed their service and food. Went back yesterday after a long time and I was shocked at the food quality as well as dismal service. Pineapple rice no longer served in a pineapple despite the photo in the menu. Prawns in the rice also sliced into half to mimic having more prawns. Wrong mushrooms used in the tom yum soup. Prawns were also not properly deveined. Disgusting. Green curry was good, but they could have been more generous with the chicken. Upset that tauhu telor was sold out at 7.30pm - peak dinner time, disappointing. Service staff (especially this lady named Lily) seemed like they hated their job. Good luck trying to get their attention when you raise your hand, they will straight up walk past you and ignore you. Lily finally came to take our order and she had a flippant attitude and did not take down half the dishes I said. Absolutely terrible experience for the price I’m paying. Please head down to golden mile for authentic thai food that’s a lot more affordable with decent service.

Good eat to satisfy your cravings of Indonesian/Thai food. Place is situated inside IMM building ground floor and has been anchor tenant for very long. The interior is posh but casual. Food quality is good and serving size was generous. Service crews were friendly, slight wait time.

One of the severals chain of halal outlets. It has been around for some number of years. I dined in the one at Causeway Point before and enjoyed some of the dishes. I had lunch with my mum at IMM yesterday. The ambience was good and the staff were super nice. Our food came quite fast and at once although I prefer for them to wait for us to finish the appetiser first. I mean, if you have a list of appetiser in your menu then the waiter ought to know when to serve the mains right? Okay the dishes. The tahu telur was served hot and the hot spicy nutty kicap sauce was generous and we loved it! The julienne carrots and cucumbers gave some freshness to the dish. Great dish! Another great dish is the prawn tom yum. The prawns were cooked well and there were 5 pretty big prawns. It was spicy and good amount of heat as it should be. The stir fried long bean with chilli, dried shrimp and salted egg yolk can be amazing if the yolk was not cut into chunks. I think it will nice if it was grounded and mixed with the chilli shrimp paste to elevate the flavour. Loved the grilled chicken but I wished there could be more of the sweet and spicy sauce glaze on the bird. The sambal belacan…omg! It was pungent, spicy, good heat and tasty! Overall a good experience and lovely dishes.

Went there for a department lunch. The place was not filled at lunch time but the food took quite a while to come. Had to ask the serving crew on the order status a few times. I like the coconutty flavor of the green curry. The green curry has a quite number of ingredients for the deceptively looking small bowl. Lemongrass drink was not too sweet and refreshing with the meal. Had some sharing dishes like papaya and mango salad, vegetarian omelette and fried platter. The fried spring rolls were soaked in oil. Everything else was nice.

Busy restaurant. Service is good from the yellow arrowed guy. Food is fantastic except eggplant. Red arrow should go home. Work ethic is bad. Another lady with tudung and coloured mask was equally rude. The one with black tudung is good staff. Won’t come again cause first experience is last experience

Food was good and they serve fast. We ordered eggplant ka pow with minced pork and chicken tom yum. Was delicious and big portion. So 2 dishes more than enough to fill two of us up.

We went there for our 7th wedding anniversary dinner. The portion was just nice. We had the pinapple rice, phad thai and tomyam soup. Unfortunately all the desserts were unavailable when we came.

Generally food is quite tasty. Squid is not so fresh. Good service and is quite crowded at dinner.

The food was good. Some dishes were really good and would highly recommend it like the papaya salad, fish cakes, satay and spring rolls. We got the combination platter, which was a good way to taste all these different starters in small quantities. As much as I built my expectations for mains based on the starter, it was a very big let down. we got xo chicken fried and the Thai green curry. Xo fried rice, we had requested less to no spice but it came bland with no flavors at all. While Thai green curry was more to the sweeter side than I expected. Other than that, it is a nice place to have a meal with family or friends. The staff were kind and their service was very good. Ambience is great as well. Besides, it has a good collection of dishes catering to the vegetarians. It's definitely pricey. Other than that it's definitely a good place to try at least for once.

Food was fine but there was a sharp piece of plastic in my daughter’s mango pudding from the kids meal we got her. Totally unacceptable. My 7 year old daughter almost swallowed it. Very careless.

Great service by the 2 chinese aunty there. I was struggling using the app to order and they made it comfortable for me to manually order, food came in large portions. Delicious and well done

Their vegetarian menu is soo good! I tried Nasi Goreng with Tofu and Basil leaves - it was amazing!! There was a drink with chia seeds and that was good too!

Tom yum is not nice, they used frozen seafood and the taste of the seafood is terrible for the price of $20. I don’t recommend their grilled squid also it’s rubbery and nothing special but mango salad is nice, pandan chicken is not bad.

The waitress was incredibly rude, consistently giving us dirty looks for no apparent reason. We were with children, and she should have been more understanding of their energy levels. The food was below average and lacked salt. Additionally, some dishes were served cold. Mango salad was below average as well. It would really help if the people were nicer
