Came with a large group of friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and assisted us with combining enough tables to accommodate the whole group of us. Compared to ordinary Swensen's branches, the interior design here is of a much higher quality. The ambience of the entire restaurant felt classy and relaxed. The food was really good. I had an item from the Christmas menu, while my friends tried a selection of steaks, pizzas, and pastas. To top it off, the salad bar (which was unfortunately not complimentary) was great. There were two varieties of soup (onion soup and corn soup), cold cuts of meat, salad, bread, cereal, fruits, and various condiments. It costs a reasonable $6 as a top-up to any main course, which is waived for diners who write a review (I paid the $6; this review is not in any way sponsored by the restaurant). The restaurant is also Halal, which was convenient since some of my friends are Muslims. Overall, it's a very suitable restaurant for a date night or a group gathering with friends. Would certainly dine here again in the future!

Spacious and with some distancing between tables. Plenty of empty tables, but service is pretty poor on a Monday, & few minutes to 8pm. Seeking attention of male wait staff staring blankly into space, and he acknowledged you raising your hand, but later serve other people and did not return. Lady staff also need to get attention before actually seeing and attending to you. Same male staff cleared plates with some fries still on the plate without asking if diner was done with meal. Did not have to wait long for food to arrive. Ordered dessert that came without any dessert spoon, and again need to wave for someone to actually pay attention. Paying mid-price for food and received poor service. Will give this oulet a miss. #earleswensens

the fish was battered well! perfectly crispy onthe outside and good flakes on the inside! I assume they use Dory! Fries were great with tartar sauce! Portion of fries was small! apart from that, great place to dine with good ambience! Waffles are yummy ! Will come again :)

Lunch at 1 pm on Sunday. Surprisingly not many people. Many might still think this is a place for ice cream but they now serve western food too. Leaving a review to encourage more to visit here.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. They top up salad buffet without delay. We have been here for few times and tried few choices from menu, food tastes great. Able to view sentosa, good view.

Not expecting much initially but wow...the Fish and Chips was so good. Batter was perfect and not too oily. Get through the crunch and you are rewarded with the juicy white flesh of the fish within. The Chicken and Waffles was equally yummy! Breaded crust stayed crispy the whole time while the fresh sweet 🐔 juice flowed as you slice into it. Salad bar for an additional 6 bucks has been a staple for us and well worth the extra calories. The spread has changed for the better since awhile back and no visit would be complete without it Service was average. Efficient but you don't get the feeling they want you there. We were the first customers and it was kinda like here's your table...and they disappeared lol Would have been 5 🌟 if the service was more welcoming and friendly but the food somewhat compensated for it. Fantastic view though.

Service was impeccable! Would like to thank the service crew , especially Matthew and Christopher! Recommended us the salad buffet and were really kind! Food was also delicious and was similarly presented to the menu! It also only took 10 mins for it to arrive! Salad buffet had variety of meat and veggies available and even had cereal and fruit loops for the children! It also offered 2 types of soup Cream of corn and Onion soup.

The service is great. Wonderful staff. Arnold and Saiful are very efficient. The food portions are big! The pancake chicken is the bomb! Truffle fries are to die for! The honey chicken is highly recommended as well.

This is not the normal Swensen you had seen in the shopping malls. This restaurant's concept and menu is slightly different from the rest of the Swensens. They also have a salad buffet bar for additional top up. A nice place for family gathering. Food was also delicious and was similarly presented to the menu. Staffs also very friendly too. Try to sit beside the windows, you can have a nice view.

Went for ice cream after our lunch. First time trying their drumstick ice cream. Very special and nice. Will love to eat again! It was 2pm weekday and we could have a window seat facing Sentosa. Very nice!

To be honest, food is super ordinary. Salad bar looks decent, nothing special. Service crew very polite and helpful. There is live band singing on specific days and U can delicate songs to Ur love ones.

The restaurant looks nice with a view of the sea and Sentosa from the window. Food was ready quite quickly. The service is a bit slow because they are clearly short-staffed but when they reached me the service was really great. I had the Earle's Steak Sandwich which was delicious with really tender well-seasoned beef slices on a toasted sourdough. The fries at the side were also freshly fried and yummy. My friend had the caesar salad which came in a big portion with generous ingredients and sufficient dressing.

Nice location eatery with a good sea facing towards Sentosa. A halal restaurant that serve good western food.Good selection of free flow salad bar. Can’t tell if it’s cream of chicken soup or cream of sweet corn soup.Still a good place to dine in with my Malay colleagues.

I've visited this place multiple times with my wife and extended family and they have always loved it here. Prices are as expected higher but it's not so high, and it feels worthy of the price. The waiters and waitresses are always so kind and happy to go beyond the extra mile to help you out.

Last visited here was 5 years ago, waited almost 45 minutes before food served. Asked 3 staff, they mentioned will check but no one came to give a reply. The King pasta - Prawns are well cooked but pasta is not tasty.

Thought it will be another usual Swensen branch, but surprised by the quality and quantity of the food. Almost all the dishes are quite good especially the specialty burger. The ice cream is not as good as last time and definitely portion reduced. Will be back again but probably share some of the dishes instead

Food here is very good and it was served quickly. The staff Derek here was very nice and friendly and he attended to all of our needs. He is very attentive and approachable. I will always see him when me and my family visit here and his attitude is the best!

Looks good on the photo, but most of the people I was dinning with didn’t get the right doneness, not even close. Ordered medium rare but we all got congratulated by the chef. May be safer to go with the deep fried dishes on their menu.

The problem about buffets is that free flow is never guaranteed because all they can do is not top up the buffet, and you would have paid for buffet for nothing. Take a look at how poorly maintained the buffet spread is. I paid 7 dollars extra for buffet and u can see that some plates are empty and no one is attentive and bothers to top up. Onion soup is super super oily and the vegetables are not even fresh. U know the buffet spread looks like someone ransacked the plate and left you with the leftovers. Makes me wonder why I paid for the buffet. Staffers except the managers are robotic and look like they are tired even during lunch time. They seem to be going with the flow of things, and no one actively fills up your water. I wonder why I even have to pay goods and service tax. The swensens I know would put the entire jug of water on the table rather than control the water supply. The fish n chip was ok. Not too soggy inside. Pasta seemed watery and bad. The chicken thigh set didn’t feel worth the money cos seriously a thigh chicken can be purchased from giant for like 5 bucks so why pay 20 bucks for it. Icecream felt like they took 10% away. They changed cookie summit to cheese cookie submit, just why? So that they can increase the price and charge me more. Quality of Earle swensens has fallen after so many years. Earle swensens was marketed as a premium swensens but it is worse now compared to the neighbourhood swensens at IMM

This restaurant is famous for its very long wait for food, at least based on my experience over the last several years. I don’t understand why the kitchen couldn’t handle orders, even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. But that’s not what I’m reviewing here. To avoid getting frustrated by the long wait again for my main course, I decided to order the Salad Buffet Bar this time. At least I wouldn’t have to wait, right? Haha. Looking at the menu, I realized that all the prices have shockingly increased. I have been to this place in the last 20 years or so. The Salad Buffet, which used to be complimentary with a main dish or available on its own, cost maybe about $12. Then, years later, the restaurant decided that we had to top up another $6 with the main dish to enjoy the buffet. Now it’s $9. And if you decide to just have the Salad Buffet, it will now cost you a whopping $20++. That’s similar to the price of a main dish. The buffet spread is still similar throughout the years, with a few minor updates here and there, but is it worth $20++? I don’t think so. Elsewhere are still offering a free salad buffet with a main dish that costs a minimum $16++. It will make me think twice the next time I decide where to dine.

Earle Swensen's at VivoCity is a nice place to eat with a big menu. They've got tasty burgers and salads that everyone can enjoy. With friendly staff and quick service, it's a good spot for a casual meal.
