13/07/2022 Dinner, TBP'S Stuff D Quite disappointed with the way they served. I show staff (looks like india guy) my order using my handphone. So the staff can clearly see my order . My first two orders were inclusive of "SALMON". Which should surely can see. After packing the first part of the food, he told me "we don't have Salmon anymore". And ask me, chicken can?" To be Frank, I really don't like the way this gut handle. To me, this guy is like forcing me to buy. He should have tell me in the first place that they don't have salmon anymore. And if I have know that, I will not make any order. With this I hope you all to be careful, and not fall into the trap that this guy has set. Lastly I believe some will said, I can still CANCEL the order. I will think is not good to do that as the food already prepared and cannot pass to next person. Lastly, I will hold on my next purchase and look for alternative food source. Sigh... spoil my day.

We have been long time customers of Stuff'd now. Patronised multiple outlets across the island, highly recommended in the past for value, quantity and quality. Imagine my very rude shock tonight when my parents showed me the quantity they were served for the bowl; about one third of a typical portion! Everything barely covered the base, a far cry from the generous portions of the past where it would be squashed up against the cover. I thought there were minimum weight limits for all items sold? Has management changed, or policy? Edit: just noticed a whole swarm of 5 star reviews over the past month spamming praise for a suspiciously large number of staff by name; note most of these reviewers have only 1 lifetime review. Sharp contrast to other reviews about lackluster service. Expected Stuff'd staff to be above such dishonest tactics, I guess it doesn't apply at this outlet.

31 December 2021. Terrible experience at this outlet. A big fan of stuff'd as it always fills my stomach at a good price! Bought the chicken burrito as usual and the staff that attended to me was sluggish, lazy, rude and didn't seem interested in serving me at all. His name was Chai leng. Threw around the burrito wrap onto the warmer like it was trash. Added very less ingredients and very less sauce.. After it was handed over to another worker, she too was sluggish and wasn't very interested in doing my burrito. Added very less ingredients compared to usual. Wasn't very professional in handling the burrito. When she put it on the toaster, it broke and when she asked her coworker for another one, yet again he threw it around like it was trash. She just poured out the content on the new wrap, replenished the lettuce and didn't bother to put the sauces again or replenish those ingredients that dropped out. Her name was sara. Very terrible experience, ruined my mood for the day.

I always passby the stall n don't know how to order, then was once the staff saw me looking at the menu n don't know what to do. He approached me and tell me how to make the order. "Polite" "approachable," from that time on, every now n then I will by from him. (Today then I know his name is Puni).Very important to have a service staff care for the customer, he is the one who keep me as a customer until today. Even I was at other shopping centre, I will come back to this stall . (I told him this evening when I bought from him again) he then tell me his name. Besides him, there is a staff call Sarah, "patience" "calm" , even there is long q, she still serve nicely n steady. Overall I like their service.

Utterly disappointing service. Even though there were 4 staffs, I queued for ~0.5hr at Tiong Bahru Plaza branch. The staffs there did not communicate properly for a smooth ordering process. They were not paying attention when taking order. Heard the lady before me had a wrong order as well - they added mala into her order and she had to come back for them to re-do her order. I ordered a veggie (guacamole) daily bowl and went home... where is my guacamole???!

First time ordering from this outlet and honestly the sides were pretty little as compared to other outlets. I ate my mash within 2 scoops and the other sides were pretty much countable. Meat potion was alright but the other areas could be improved on.

Tasty and filling. Not authentic Mexican or Tex-Mex, of course, but the occasional Asian fusion is fun to try, like the currently availabe Mala chicken burrito/enchiladas etc.

The outlet is generally efficient but it’s a different story during the dinner packed hours. While the staff tried their best to clear the high delivery orders & long queue, one cannot help but noticed the messy trays of base and main items as a result of hectic preparations of orders by the staff. So best to avoid the dinner hours as the quality of your food may somewhat suffers due to the sheer high volume of orders.

The food here is tasty and affordable, with fast preparation time or delivery time. I ordered a burrito bowl on grab and it was fast to deliver, although did not look too appetising at first. It was good overall, the chicken is always delicious, and I especially enjoyed the mash potatoes. It was a little dry though, they could have added more sauce. The concept of this place is good as you get to choose your own ingredients and customise it to your liking. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a takeaway meal that is healthy, tasty, and affordable.

Food was nice, healthy and fresh even with take away. Have always liked the food from Stuff’d but somehow can’t earn my 5 star. Price isn’t cheap as well.
