i walked in and decided to buy a cake today, the guy and a young lady who are manning the counter are very friendly and polite, unfortunately they dont have much flavour to choose, but the guy recommended me the cake with similar taste that i am looking for, thank you Soon and your colleague, the cake is really amazing and delicious. 👍🏻

It's definitely a nice alternative to your usual cakes. Whether it's for birthday, events, or just because. The cheesecake layer is nice, coupled with the jelly like top, and that heart shaped fruit cut out. It definitely reminds me of childhood. I really like how their boxes are packaged, sturdy, does the job, and has all the descriptions printed on it.

I was wondering about the rating of this outlet. Shouldn’t all jelly hearts outlets be the same? Now I know why. They missed out the name on my birthday cake and denied all responsibilities. The lady at the shop is not apologetic and insisted it’s my fault for not putting it in the right area online even though it’s in comments too. No one has even called me to ask me why there’s no name on a cake that is $138. And she insisted it’s her company and not her fault. Wow!

While item itself was fine, male staff (malay) at Novena was very unprofessional. It was my first time purchasing, and i did not know that the jelly would melt if not refrigerated. staff could have reminded me of this but he did not. He also asked me "how many candles do you want?" and I told him 3. His response was "I can only give 1." Then what is the point of asking me how many???
