Today i went to this outlet and i ordered 4pic of chicken combo and this is what i got(on the pic) . When i went to ask the employees they said all the wing are like that. And didt accept this as their fault. They were really rude and didn’t even wanna help me out . Teach the employees how to cook hygienically and plus how to talk to the customers properly. The cook even told me that its a bone but it is not a bone its a feather of a chicken.

Ordered mobile delivery. Took 35minutes to prepare while the driver was waiting at the location ready to pickup for about 10-15minutes based off of the app. Ordered 2 sandwiches, fries and onion rings. Received only the onion rings and fries. Not the first time this has happened, definitely done ordering from this location.

My wife and I went in to grab some food on our way home around 8:30pm. No customers were in the restaurant so we walked up and placed our order. We wanted a nugget combo and and a sandwich combo. Upon ordering the nugget combo the server asked someone in the back if nuggets were available. A person hunched over who appeared to be sleeping behind the counter popped his head up and said " no we don't have nuggets". I kindly asked "why". He said "we just received the shipment". I said " ok, no problem" and we proceeded to order tenders instead. The server at the counter was very kind and courteous. While we were waiting for our order 2 young females approached the counter and ordered a chicken sandwich and once again the person slouched behind the counter popped his head up, but this time he sprung up and took the order right away. About 1 minute later he called out an order that was ready that included a spicy hot chicken sandwich. I figured it was our order so I raised my hand and he said "no that is not your order it is there's". I said " but I ordered well before these other customers" in which he replied "we're waiting on fries". I could clearly see that there were fries in the warming bin. I said "ok no problem". About 45 seconds later our order was ready and the person that appeared to be sleeping bagged up our order, asked us what dipping sauce we wanted and handed us our order. As he handed it to us he had the audacity to say "I guess you guys are hangry". I said to him "you were the person sleeping" and walked out with my order. He laughed and didn't respond. This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience for my wife and I. I will not be returning to this location and I will encourage others not to as well. I don't have any hard feelings for the server that directly took our order as he was very kind and respectful but the person in the grey shirt was very disrespectful.

I came to your restaurant with my family after recommendation from friends. We all had an amazing time. The tasting menu was delicious and the staff so attentive and friendly. I just wanted to say thank you! It's not all the time people get praised, the quality of the service and food was excellent. It's nice to know there are such places local to us. We will definitely be coming again! Many thanks To (Kiran & Prince).

I came in around two weeks ago and orders three piece tender combo. I got a three piece chicken combo instead. I was told that I could be compensated for the combo and they put me in the complain book. I called I’m to double check and I let them know I was coming in today. They were okay with giving me the tenders and fries, however, the workers were very rude and insisted that I can’t get my drink because I got it last time. I let them know that I didn’t get the right meal overall and additionally it took gas and time out of my day to come in to pick up the order which then they gave me my drink.

I can definitely say after over 15 years of eating at Popeye's, the food and customer service has gone downhill. You can tell where you see only one person working in the back, they are much slower. Food sits there for an extended period of time. Chicken is not fresh most of the time you get it.

Went there last weekend with some Friends and Family get together. . We ordered signature Chicken sandwich with fries , biscuits, tenders and of course the pies.The Order took a little bit of time in preparation but it was So fresh and tasty.Everyone Loved the food 👍Fries were so fresh and crispy.Chicken was fully cooked and tasty. Best Food and services by Kiran and staff.She is very nice and professional lady. Best place to dine in with friends and fam.

One of the better Popeyes in the area. They are open late and the staff are really helpful. The fried chicken that I ordered was made fresh. So 5/5 on that.
