Although much smaller than when it was on 2nd floor, but still the same, nice place to relax and have a good coffee. No standing & wait for your drink at the count anymore, pager is given, just sit & relax while waiting for your drink. There is also a time limit for dine-in, 1 hour. I think this is fair, otherwise those selfish people will order just one tiny little drink and sit in the cafe for one whole day, thus, affecting the owner business chances to get more customers.

This is a new place with seats at level 3 The breakfast deal 1 for 1 is definitely worth it. If you don't like the given drink, can always top up the difference, stated in the poster.

Ambient is dull but to my liking , staff were nice but to top it all off the breakfast the staff prepare was totally amazing and delicious Highly recommanded to individual who like quiet breakfast to give this outlet a try

1 of the outlets with poorer service- none of them smile and always serve like the world owes them money.. Was turned away on a weekend afternoon; so I thought that other customers were just seated. Soon after, they let other groups in~_~ (Then of course I have to ‘rejoin the queue’..) Like how cozy this outlet is though! Can go on quiet weekday afternoons, instead of the weekend..

Only visit this place if you: 1. Like being ignored by the staff and enjoy standing like a bamboo pole at the cashier hoping for a life form to take your order an eternity later. (Don't expect a smile or hello either) 2. Are someone who can read minds. There's no indication or calls from the staff that your order is ready to collect. So be prepared to walk up to the counter ever so often to see if your order is there. Or just get a seat beside the counter. Unfortunately for me I'm neither one of those :(

Two cakes for 10 bucks!! Awesome deal! Hazelnut Latte is not bad at all and the wifey loved the Cold Brew Vanilla Bean. One of my fave stops in C1

bought the pancakes & eggs platter, the tea spilled and made the paper bag to be soggy then teared, the cup going through the bag. the tea got into the salt and pepper packets. also they can be more generous with condiment like maple syrup. their small container is quite big, didn't even fill up at least half. staffs could be more welcoming or at least smile. basic manners are also not there, like saying welcome or thank you.

Really love the carrot cake from Coffee Bean. Though it is not as nutty as Cedele's. But the cake texture is moist enough and the spice is strong enough. I love their carrot cakes so much that I bought them at least once a week. Sometimes they will have offer at 2 cakes for $10. Very affordable.

Dining in for the first time. Staff at Coffee Bean level 3 went the extra mile to bring my Spanish latte from another outlet at level 1 when it was not available. Kudos to the Coffeebean team at CompassOne level 1 & 2.

Ordered Salted Caramel Latte (iced/decaf) & unbeknownst to me that it was exceptionally sweet. Was not forewarned either. Feedback to staff & asked for help but was just given extra ice. Approached them again for help suggestions but was ignored saying that “they followed protocol of the drink mixture & it’s like that”. If only they could have tasted it, the sweetness level is almost as if you were sipping the syrup directly. Lousy service attitude, not accommodating, not flexible.
