Mediocre at best, a rather below average halal zichar stall. Serves typical zichar fares, with some specialties in Thai favour, so they claimed. None of the dishes were decent - plain, soggy and really... bad. We did not even finish any item. Sweet and sour chicken was like fried dough in overly sweetened sauce. Can’t taste the sour part. Fried beehoon is another joke. Mee goreng was horrid. The only thing nice here is the friendly service. Maybe we did not order the right thing here. But it was a total waste of my carbo quota.

loves the hainanese chic rice. should try their salted egg chicken. it diff from the other . typical salted egg dishes has thick gravy but this one, it deep fried with salted egg batter. so it is crispy and crunchy.

We ordered take-away: ayam goreng balik (re-fried chicken) and sambal kangkong. The chicken was good. We love the kangkong for its flavour and crunchy, young stems. We requested for chilli sauce of nasi ayam to go with the fried chicken. The staff very kindly packed a generous amount of the chilli sauce. Thank you!!!

Really tasty food. Not glamorus or ritzy just wholesome typical asian food with lots of food for a very very good price. I and my extended family typically go there 2 or 3 times a month.

Surprised to find this gem of a restaurant in the quiet backwoods of Chai Chee area. Food appeals to us and is tasty We arrived about 10 minutes into last order but they still obliged 2 hungry people. We ordered salted egg chicken ($15 small), stir-fried garlic Kang kong ($6) and a Prawn Omelette ($10) and they were all tasty! Rice cost $1 each plate, Ice Milo and Bandung were $2.50 each, and both had no milk because they had run out of milk. *sigh* Cost of meal came to $38 for the 2 of us. Staff told us to slow down and enjoy the food (they were stacking the chairs) but they didn’t know that we were eating fast because it tasted so good! Good place to enjoy halal tzi tchar food done Chinese style.

Nice place to have a meal. Would highly recommend the cheese chicken rice for those looking for a filling meal. This is a halal restaurant which serves zhi char style dishes. Plenty of options to choose from, service staff are friendly and HDB parking is available nearby.
