21 Oct 2022 at 7.45pm, the young lady in black prepared the item for me. The pancake was going to burn and I told her so. She ignored me and continued folding her boxes. Her colleague told her a couple of times that the item is burnt but she chose to continue folding the boxes ignoring both her colleague and my reminder. In the end I have no choice but to reject the item as it was burnt. She reluctantly made a new one and the food was uncooked this time. When confronted her, she said all items are like that. In the end, I have to throw it away as it is inedible. I am sure with my weak stomach, I will get food poisoning if I eat it. A waste of money. I have been a regular customer of this branch since it first opened and deeply disappointed with the service. I will never patronise this place again.

Arranged for delivery at 12pm on 8 May but my Rosette cake did not show up. Called FSD at 12.30pm and was told that my cake has not been picked up. Re-arranged for delivery between 3-5pm. Cake arrived at 4pm but it was smashed on one side. The box was dripping wet with condensed water as if it has been left at room temperature for along time. Not sure if it is safe to be eaten but when I called the staff, she assured that it is not an issue.

mine was made on the spot so it tastes awesome when I consumed it in an hour. fusion of warm panned wrap with cold durian ice cream..

The ice cream used to be top notched but standards have deteriorated somewhat. Now cannot help but feel that it is quite diluted. On top of that the price has gone northwards. BUY ONLY IF U NEED A QUICK COLD DURIAN FIX!

I’m honestly very very disappointed. As a durian fan, I had the 3 recommended durian products from the staff who has spoken to me. The durian roll was placed with a $10+ price, but the aunty charged $20+, and I only realised after I checked the receipt. She said she put it wrong after I checked with her. Though she was nice enough to tell me if I could not finish the durian roll, I must place it in the freezer. I still felt very dishonest with the brand. The other one is durian kaya. I cannot taste much durian flavour. It’s more for Kaya. The worth is the one I hold in the picture. I have zero idea why the staff recommended me to buy it, she said this is also very good, it’s their new product, but I only tasted a lot of sugar. This gave me a headache after eating it, both durian kaya and that long durian bar are just too sweet and have almost no durian taste. the only thing that maybe worth it is the durian roll, but it can not compete the durian strudel I bought from the Ritz apple strudel, their durian paste really can taste durian. I will never come back to this Musang King again.

Ordered 2 pieces of Mao San Wang durian pancake at$9.20. Not cheap. However, the durian paste provided was creamy and good. Eat it freshly made for best experience.

Bought the mao shan wang durian 0.6kg cake on 26/8/23, went home immediately and kept it in the freezer. Ate it on 27/8/23 and the durian portion tastes very sour most likely already gone bad. Extremely disappointed that the cake became the one thing everyone avoided.

This is my first negative review given.i would give this a zero star if I could.lady in short hair gave me expired durain crepe on the 2nd of jan and packed it into boxes.i didnt check since i was in a rush.the next day on the 3rd of jan i realize that the crepe was expired and I had to make my way down to exchange it again.lady explained that she will only do exchange for a crepe since she gave me 3 extra crepe.(i brought 4).didnt know what she's going on about saying she gave me 3 extra the previous day. Not sure how the staff mistake can end up being the customer inconvenience. it was very bad taste on their end.also it was their fault in the first place if they gave me the wrong number or expired crepe!having me head down to do the exchange was not acceptable.not an apology by the lady.i didn't make a fuss and let it slide but wouldn't patronise this stall ever again.wouldnt recommend . The standard of their durain crepe wasn't that fantastic either. Thumbs down for service and standard of their items. Also very overpriced! 99 trees taste much better.

Bought the MSW durian cake. The layer of durian was as thin as a sheet of paper and I felt i am eating pure cream than a durian cake. I should have trust the google rating of 3.3 stars and not make any purchase. I think for the price that i paid, buying the whole MSW durian would be more satisfying.

bought their durian fudge cake and it was rotten. it smelt and tasted rotten. called the HQ to inform them about the situation and they asked me to freeze the rotten cake in the freezer so that their driver can come and collect the next day. absolutely ridiculous request because this might risk contaminating my fridge. very disappointed in the way the issue was handled. first and last time buying from them
