Thumbs up for staff at TM, Ms Zila. I missed the timeline to place a pre-order for the unicorn cake. She have kindly helped me to reserve the cake for next day pick up out of goodwill. The cake taste great too!

Staff Ziela took in my order a few days before although its supposed to be at least 1 week and booking was seamless from details to payment. Collection from the staff on duty (unsure if its Ziela) was fast too. Thanks for the cupcakes! Pony cake turned out great and exceeds my expectation. Tasted great too. The kids and us loved it. Thank you n keep it up :))

I ordered 3 lemon meringue tarts worth $7.90 each. Waited an hour for the delivery and then received them TOTALLY DESTROYED. CALLED UP the bakery they blamed it on the rider 😏😏. I agree its the Rider's fault as well but the studio should know better how they Pack The tarts. The tarts were lose and therefore, there was complete Spilling. Absolute disappointment.

Excellent service from Ms Nur’Afiiqah right from the point of enquiry to the completion of the cake. Ms Afiiqah even updated me on the status of my cake a few days before the delivery date. She even sent me a photo of the finished cake before delivery was made. Even the delivery personnel was polite and handled the cake with care. Keep up the good work!

I ordered delivery from this tampines outlet. It took 4hours for it to be delivered! I live at paya lebar! I ordered it at around 4pm and only at around 8pm it was delivered! I already did try to order early so that even if there’s delay I would still get my cake around 6+pm!!!

I knew Butter Studio through searching on google. Very nice design of cake. Quality of cupcake and cake is good, not too sweet. The staff are very kind and patient. Recommended for buying Birthday Cake or gift, the candle is also very nice. Thanks Butter Studio:)

They have cakes in various sizes. Not sure what this one is but estimate max 20 cm in diameter. Very pretty to look at. The chocolate sponge cake is good - moist and rich. For those with sweet tooth, this is the one.

Was delighted with the delicious cakes on offer. I decided to try one of their cakes and was not disappointed. The cake was absolutely yummy, and the amount of cream used was just right. It was truly a buttery delight. One of the things I liked most about Butter Studio was their unique selection of flavours. They offered a variety of traditional flavours like chocolate and vanilla, but they also had some local flavours like Pandan and Gula Melaka that I had never tried before. The local flavours were delicious and I appreciated the opportunity to try something new. The presentation of the cake was also very beautiful. It looked almost too good to eat but the taste was worth it. The shop also had a very cozy atmosphere that made you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff at Butter Studio were also very friendly and helpful. They were able to give me recommendations on the different flavours available and helped me make a decision on which cake to try. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Butter Studio Cake Shop. The cakes were delicious, the flavours were unique and the presentation was beautiful. And the staff were friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a delicious cake, I highly recommend visiting Butter Studio.

Ordered a popcorn overload cake the cake looks really really nice like what is in the photos but the kitchen forgot the cake topper which i purchased additionally but the staff did gave me a refund and another topper for free which is excellent service. Would have given a five star but the disappointment comes with the popcorn, cones and macarons on top tasted stale and extremely soggy which changes alot of the overall taste of the cake hope that can be improved in future(collected and rushed home within 30mins and consumed that night so was definitely soggy when i got it).

Brought their Caramel Popcorn Cakelet with 6 pcs of cupcake, it's really nice especially it is small and be shared ard as my family doesn't eat cake that often. The sparkle candle is so cool, cost $5. Ziela, the staff attended to me, the experience is pleasant. Thank you. Lastly, it would be even better if the popcorn toppings is fresh and crunchy cause the texture is soft after putting inside the fridge. ( Suggest separating the popcorn and let customer to add on by themselves to keep it crunchy ) 😁

I sent them a photo of a mushroom themed caked which I found online which I would like to replicate for my son’s birthday. It was perfectly done identically to what we wanted. My son totally loved it! The cake was delicious and moist. Everyone totally loved it. Delivery was prompt too. Price was also highly reasonable. Highly recommended!

Cash-and-carried a $22.90 “2D Comic Oreo Cakelet” [4” diameter] from the Tampines Mall outlet! It came with 1 big red candle (as requested) & a Happy Birthday cake topper. Cake base was secured well to the box and bag was tied such that the box wouldn’t budge around too much, so my cake arrived home in perfect condition. Taste-wise, Oreo cream cheese lovers would really enjoy this cake! Perhaps one minor downside is that the mini Oreos were no longer crunchy but that didn’t bother our family too much. Overall a great experience and I recommend Butter Studio for its Halal baked goods :)

Purchase Lady Ispahan which has a rosy aroma smell, lychee and raspberry. Cake is not very fluffy. The sponge cake layer with raspberry is not sour at all. Cake is not very sweet. Butter studio is a Halal-certified bakery. Manage to get discount with food panda pick up that save me $9. Will definitely be back to purchase again if needed.
