Order during weekday before 5pm, delivery within 30 min. Pizza was hot and serve correctly. First time order top up with cheese burst by additional SGD8 but didn’t like it, will remain back to normal crust with mozzarella cheese next time

Worst delivery service ever. I booked pre-order hours before my delivery timing but food preparation was only done in last min and they suddenly called me to say that rider's bike is broken. In the end, the food was delivered 1hr later vs commited delivery timing. Worst part was that food was delivered in cold (cuz it was already 1hr after it was made) Stay away from this branch. Worst delivery service ever

Ordered pizza and sides for dinner. Love the pizza, the tomato sauce was thick and nice! The crust was also done just right! Wings are good too!

PATHETIC CHAIN- stay away! They dont have anyone to respond to calls or mails! I made payment by PayLah! And still they didnt register the order. Have called 3 times 30 min each- just call wait-basically THEY HAVE NO ONE TO TAKE PHONE CALLS- its a SHAM! They dont have live chat option also… Basically there is no one to look into any issue. Had to go for another chain and NOW HAVE WASTED THE MONEY ALSO Dont bother with them

Waited for approximately 4 hours to then receive a call from the restaurant asking if I want to proceed or cancel the order. By then it was almost 11pm and I had to cook instant noodles. They then had the cheek to "complete" the order on Grab app and charge me for it. Have written an e-mail in for refund but hadn't gotten a reply.

Worst pizza outlet in singapore. Ordered at 1130 am and received food at 5 pm. Throughout the whole waiting process, dominoes line was busy and kept me on wait for 3 hour of total waiting time. Started calling at 1 pm , only to finally have response at 4 pm. Its like they forgot my order and didnt even give compensation for the long waiting time

I was on hold for 30mins at 9pm. Paylah went through but no email confirmation. The site just whirled for 45m. The guys are nice at this branch. This is an HQ/IT issue. However, at 9am, I got to speak to a concerned staff within 6 or 7 mins. My order was tracked and they made sure my order went through. Hence, office hours are the best time to contact them. Good recovery and issue was resolved. Minus one service star for hotline at night.

The food is something we look forward to, but you guys are so severely understaffed and that poor guy manned the outlet by himself, something wrong with the management? Anyhow, service was bad as well as I was told off that orders are closed, i entered at 8.15pm. Min 2 hrs... Unacceptable

The service staff Azwan was really nice. He helped me to sort out the discrepancy between the online order and the receipt issued to them for food preparation. Appreciate his good service, let me enjoy my pizza with peace and joy 🤩

Food quality was great. Arrived there and enquired if my order was ready for pick-up but ignored multiple times. One guy was sitting down using phone but could not bother to attend to me. service generally can be better.

if can i just wanna give 0 star 12/31 yesterday i going to collect my order, two staff looks very impatient and blame me why order from domino apps. telling me so many order and show me too many pizza need to cook. If you're unhappy, go for resign,don't act angry face and abuse to customer. I hope the company will pay attention to this matter,that staff really so bad sial.

Recently tried to order online. Used to deliver to our home area near south bound vista. With their revamp system, they just took out the delivery. When called the branch, Telok Blangah and clementi, each of them do not know how I can make an order when the postal code is not found in their system. I think Domino you are making a big mistake as you are losing out much to your competitors who serve this area of pasir panjang.

Bad experience. Items finished in the middle of the day. Called to replace an order but wouldn't listen to me. I repeated myself 5 times. Then someone else called - apologized for staff rudeness and added my chosen replacement in the order. Then the delivery person called me and said I'm not picking intercom when he was dialling wrong condo. Again I repeated myself 4 times but nothing went through his ears. To top it all, wrong order prepared. I have explicit order to remove pineapple for pizza and they still had pineapple.

I stay around Pasir Panjang area. Used to order from Domino's quite regularly. However, its impossible now to put an order online cos when I filled in my postal code, the response was that it cannot be found. Called up and they informed me they do not entertain online order nowadays. Guess you don't want to do business.
