Went dining in a few times, always a good experience. The toilets need to be cleaner tho. And my major gripe everytime using the DRIVE THRU, package our food PROPERLY please. Few times our food and drinks are spilled because of improper packing.

Various stuff not in stock. Drinks in set menu has too much sugar content. Pepsi Black always not in stock. Occasionally they tell you to wait for 15 min or more to put you off from ordering certain items. But surprisingly, if you insist and can wait, more often the order is ready in 5 min!!!

I ordered the soy garlic glazed drummer from kfc tanjong bunut and am very disappointed with the quality. The chicken was smelly and seemingly rotten. There's a weird rotten smell from the chicken after eating it but u can't really found that it was rotten at the beginning cox of the strong smell of the spices. Please improve your hygiene and quality of your service, otherwise you will lose a lot of customers if this doesn’t improve

Lousiest KFC i ever seen, sorry no offense, just stating the fact, close at 10.30pm, but at 9pm everything sold out, which i also don’t understand why… 😂😂😂

First drive-thru KFC outlet. Its a good place to have a quick bite. What I like about KFC Brunei is the diverse menu choices. Yes it js seasonal but at least we diners don’t get bored with the classic menu. There are hits and misses with the local variety. It scored a 3 (out of 5) because of the flies issue. Hence the Fly-O-Meter of 3. Don’t understand where the flies are coming from ... the fly zapper obviously doesn’t work!!

Queueing system was bad at KFC Mall Gadong Brunei. One cashier opted to call the 2nd queueing person.. Then another cashier called the last person in line.. Unfortunate for me, i was in the middle so hve to wait longer as two different cashier have personal preferences in queueing.. Work your queue system pls.. Synchronise wth other cashiers.. Hmmmm
