Soon was a really great help. I forgot to order a cake i needed in time for a specified date and i just needed to make a call and he got everything settled for me. Wonderful service. Cakes are great.

Made an order #24113 for Tangy Mango with customised wordings online and made payment on 3 weeks ago and received the confirmation order email. Arrive at 12pm to collect my order on the day and realised they did not process my order. Quite surprise to have such a lapse in today’s web order.

Called the shop to enquire about pre order. Nabilah was nice to WhatsApp me the details and how I shld go about making payment. Also helped me fulfil a small request I made, which I am most grateful for. Not first time eating JellyHearts and I absolutely love it, perfect for school birthday celebration as it's halal. Neither cloying nor too sweet.

Minus 1 star bc they dont tell you that you should register first to get $5 off then make your order. I registered to check out my purchase and after i paid then i see can get $5 off. $73 for a 6-inch blueberry surprise.

I need 3 candles for my kid birthday. Only able to give me 1. Have to top up $0.60 for another 2 more. My bill is over $50. Not very friendly gesture. Thank you for the lovely cake.

Bought 2 9-piece original jelly cheesecake. Brought home immediately to eat but was disappointed that the crust was mushy and did not taste fresh. The crust supposed to have the dry and crunchy texture, something that I looked forward to as I had it before and it was really good. Not worth for its price point, overall disappointed.
