Decent food. Nothing outstanding or to die for experience. The servers definitely left a lot to be desired as they were fairly slow and had to be walked through every single thing (utensils, glasses for the table, extra plates, etc). We came here because I'm visiting from another country and don't get great Indian food where I am. So I was very excited to find a place where I could get a dose of home. We got the vada pav, papdi pakora Chaat, pav bhaji and the chole bhature. I also got the virgin mojito. Now the vada pav was fairly small but quite decent. It could've done with more spice but I always feel that. Nothing like the Joshi vadewale in Pune, India but good enough to get a taste. It was accompanied by a spicy dry chutney which I thoroughly enjoyed. The chaat was also fairly good. The yogurt was well-spiced up and there was a lot of farsan and other things added to make it enjoyable. The pav bhaji was a little disappointing. The bhaji is supposed to be mashed well. This one had big peas all over it and they definitely overpowered the flavors from the remaining bhaji. I also think it could've done with more spices. The chole bhature were the best of the lot. The chole was very well-made and the bhature were big and fluffy. Definitely more than enough for two people. I think this place has the makings of being great but left a lot to be desired in their service and some things to be improved upon in their food.

Delicious food, wide spread menu and friendly service. Highly recommended for authentic Indian fast food delicacies.

Chicken Tikka Masala (SGD $15) @ Chutney Mary. . Styled as a fast-casual eatery with hearty portions at wallet-friendly prices, although 'fast' is relative here. . Their version has a pronounced tomato base infused with spices, thick with vegetal sweet spice flavour, slightly more spicy compared to elsewhere. . The marinated and roasted boneless chicken chunks are tender with a light chew, carrying mild sweet savoury spice notes.

The paneer tikka was soft and mouth watering. The chole bhature was very tasty, specially the chole was very tasty with less oil. Would highly recommend this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Vishal ji and Mohan ji were very approachable. Their behaviour was very homely.

We ordered set meal, it was quite a lot of quantity for 14.90. papdi chaat and dessert were good. But the channa masala, butter chicken that came with the set meal were quite bland. The masala was missing that spicy indian taste. Naan and tomato soup were good. Staff were polite and respectful. Overall, good restaurant with reasonable price for those who don't expect spicy food.
