Ive ordered half spring chicken and it did not come as in the receipt with the rest. Service was very bad, they should checked all the orders before releasing it to the the riders. Informed FoodPanda, they only gave voucher as replacement for the half spring chicken and what about the dinner? Do I ahve to order again? I believe the service efficiency lies on both, foodpanda and tenderbest.

First 2 times tried their food when just open, taste of fried chicken is good.. today ordered again expecting same quality but turned out that the fried chicken colour looks darker and indeed taste bad coz they double fry them pbly due to leftover stock from the day. Fries also taste of stale oil.. after eating everything the staleness taste lingers in your mouth, that's how bad it is.

Ordered Steak with Aglio & Spring chicken with Aglio. My first time trying Tenderbest and was disappointed. Firstly, we were quite surprised to learn that we cannot choose the doneness for the steak. I went ahead with it anyway - just to try however I got an over cooked steak that was so dry, very tough to chew as though I’m eating a rubber band. The spring chicken was very similar to the KFC original chicken albeit an underwhelming one hence I would not recommend these 2 items on the menu. For steaks, get it elsewhere and for Spring chicken, just go for KFC for better worth.

Staff with attitude long wait time food taste average only .. not worth the wait 30Mins. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Steak is only 5mm thick and cut to many pieces and very salty. It felt like I had stir fry beef instead of steak on plate. Will not patronise again.
