Located at B1 of Raffles City, convenient location. Food wise is pretty good, we had a lunch set for $26 each, and it comes with a starter, main and dessert. We ordered truffle fries, mushroom soup and pudding. Have no complaints about the food, but the service of the counter staff was not the best. We understand if they don’t serve tap water, but it’s still doesn’t sit well to show us a condescending attitude when we requested for empty glasses. Tldr - food ok, service can be improved.

Good place for halal french cuisine. The truffle risotto taste is consistent and always tasty. The promotion of 3 course meal is the best deal, but would be great if it can include drink. 5 stars.

Modern ordering experience with an IPad, quick service, good value for the price. Honestly, one of the most daunting thing about business travel is having to dine alone. I know many people who prefer eating in their room or at the bar to avoid awkwardness. This place offers a set meal with many options for one and it doesn't feel too awkward for solo diners. I see another solo diner as I am sitting at the restaurant writing this review. Granted this place is a chain but I have not seen it outside of Singapore so it's new to me. I ordered the brussel sprouts, the pan seared sea bass and the mango pudding with chamomile tea. My food came almost immediately after I ordered. The dessert came a little later and I had to ask the wait staff for it but really didn't impact my experience. The place was pretty packed at 7:30pm on a weekday but the wait staff still noticed me looking at the menu outside and asked me to queue for a bit. Since I was undecided after walking through the entire mall, that was what sold me. Since the food ended up being decent, I didn't regret my decision. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

The roast chicken is quite good, well-cooked and juicy enough. The mushroom cream sauce complements it well. The french onion rice and butter corn aren't particularly great side dishes though, perhaps potatoes or pasta would be better.

The restaurant is not bad and I'm pretty impressed with the variety of dishes. I ate here awhile back ago and after a few months..I ordered the same dish and the consistency was there. I came here with my friends and one of them mentioned that she really enjoyed the signature roast chicken. I recommend this place if you're looking for a hearty western meal.

Small restaurant in B-1 level whose specialty is chicken. The employees are very welcoming and attentive to our needs, even if the orders go through a QR code. I would also add that their dishes are hearty! I didn't expect to order just a salad on this first visit. A good address if you want to eat on the go, or with friends!

Good place good atmosphere. Surprised now they have a better variety of menu. The risotto is really creamy; but the steak seems a bit of a miss. Too much sauce and the meat was a bit tough. The staff service was very good and the dishes came quickly.

Authentic and succulent dishes except for the steak. We tried 4 of their dishes…the signature chicken was amazing and the oxtail risoto did not disappoint. The chicken pot pie a safe bet. However, the Striploin steak was below average. Ambience is cozy and clean but service was rather slow with long wait times between the ordered items. Overall enjoyable food but service standards need improvements

Overall pleasant experience. The chicken is the best ever eaten. Staff are attentive and polite. Only disappointment was that the starter which is the meatball with cranberry sauce came only after we asked a few times when we are almost done with the main. Will be helpful if they serve the starter first and takes initiative to inform us in advance should there be any delay. Otherwise the serving of the dishes is quite fast which is good esp when I am hungry. Will be good if there are more options for dessert as I am lactose intolerance.

Very happy with our first visit and glad to recommend 👍 We have ordered the following: Salmon Pie with salad Half Roast Chicken with Black Pepper Sauce & potato wedges, and salad Lemongrass Tea Honey Ginger Total: S$61 Waiting time for all food was decent, served hot. Though my lemongrass tea cup still has lipstick mark, so I have to asked to change it. Other than that - ordering done via online - pretty easy and fast. Delicious both dishes. Happy customers and happy tummy.

One of my fav place for roast chicken. I always settle for the mushroom sauce, but this time my friend also ordered the black pepper cream sauce. It was actually quite tasty. Very different from those black pepper sauce that you would normally have. Maybe my next visit I would try the black pepper cream sauce roast chicken instead. Service was also very good.

Fifi from City Hall outlet served us very well. She is truly out of our expectations. She is patient and helpful and has a cheerful personality which makes customer feels at ease. Sense of humour makes experience even better. Good food is just complete the whole experience. She deserves all the compliments! Thanks Fifi!

Came in today to have a special celebration. Had a great and awesome time. Food was awesome and the taste for the chicken and the dessert was awesome. The staffs helped alot as my mom was in electrical wheelchair. So they gave the best seat and assisted professionally and with great care. Highly recommend anyone who has any plans for celebration during the weekend to come to this Branch. Raffles City basement Poulet outlet. Ms Amirah and her crew did their best and was very passionate.

Having an amazing lunch here. Food quality is definitely high, especially the French Roasted Chicken, love the lemon cream sauce on it. Seafood Rose Risotto is also amazing. Came here to have their lunch set which is very affordable and less crowded compared to dinner time.

Quality of food is worth the price!! The most tender chicken I've ever tasted and the Pan-Sear Seabass is so tasty with it's clam sauce and lovely garnishes!! Definitely will come here again as I enjoyed my time with my partner! Thank you Poulet!

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Always smiling! It makes the food much more fun to eat. I recommend the roasted chicken for main course and french toast for dessert !!

Poulet is always consistent in its food quality despite having many branches in Sinagapore. I would recommend their half chicken with cranberry sauce, sea bass and pasta with pink sauce! It is also good value for money.

Poulet holds a high ranking on my go-to restaurant list, The food is very yummy, be it the appetiser like mushroom soup or salad de salson, main course the signature roasted chicken or prawn aglio olio and dessert such as mango pudding or pineapple panna cotta, so far none has failed me. Service is good and the price is reasonable too. Definitely a pleasant dining experience ^ ^

The festive meal is a very good deal. Although their signature is chicken, the fish taste good too. Mango pudding sweetness is just right. The staff at Rafflescity shopping outlet are very friendly, attentive and responds fast. Good experience here.

Went for their 3 course set, got the signature roasted chicken with Diane sauce. The chicken was the softest I’ve ever had and the sauce was nice to pair with but unfortunately it wasn’t hot. Truffle fries was pretty good too and the portion is good. Would recommend the mango pudding for the dessert choice! Also tried the Oxtail Risotto, delicious but portion might be too little for some! Would come again! Staff was nice too

The food is normal, service is great, was there for dinner and the chicken is not too dry but the sauce is quite salty, we got the half chicken with beef gravy sauce? Love the wedges thou, cook to perfection. Pot pie took around 30 minute prep time, but it was freshly cook, we also ordered a tapas, toasted bread with cream sauce clam? That dish was really bad.

3 course set lunch @ Poulet Raffles City $28++ per pax. comes with a main, starter and dessert. you can top up additional $2++ for ice lemon tea or mango tea. they also have the same set lunch for 2 pax @ $54++, you just get double of the 3 course set. i ordered the seafood pasta in spicy pink sauce, shared 2 starters (brussels sprouts and truffle fries) and had the mango pudding for dessert. the pasta and dessert were decent (7/10). i enjoyed the pink sauce, it was balanced, wasn’t overpowered by the spice. starters were good, both were crispy! (7.5/10). however, the price is abit on the pricey side imo. service staff were polite and really prompt in their service. overall, this is quite a decent halal french/ western option in city hall.

My first time eating at a Poulet Restaurant, and it was a splendid experience. Was served by Amirah, and she was very friendly. The food was delicious and was served timely. All the other staffs were also attentive, I am impressed. Highly recommended place to dine in, will definitely come again.

3-Course set meal available, consisting of side, main and a dessert. Rather valuable in a restaurant mall setting. Food came out fast and service was prompt and amicable. Staff were very helpful and receptive to feedback. Truffle fries was good, but because of black coating on some fries, had mistaken for being burnt. However, was notified by the staff that it was black truffle powder.

Ordered a medium rare steak but it turned out a little too rare for my liking. Told the waitress and requested for it to be further cooked without needing a new full plate of sides. However, was pleasantly surprised when the chef recooked everything for me! Wonderful service from the staff and chef. Thank you! :)
