For a place that serves pre prepared food, the service is incredibly and consistently slow every time I visit. For two orders of soups, no sides or meals, it took the staff 20 mins to prepare my order. I visited the shop on a slow afternoon with only one number ahead of me, I should add.

got the $13+ set with teriyaki chicken salad, minestrone soup and iced lemon tea. Set was tasty but slightly pricey, the soba salad was really tasty though, would get it again. The AC in this outlet is sooo cold haha so we couldn’t stay for long

Staff I think is fine. I think it’s a management problem. There’s just too many delivery orders for like 2 people to work through. Also, this place has very little seating. One table is fully reserved for staff to have meals sommore. Yet, most of the time, the table is empty.

Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients tender loving skillful cooking and warm services. Conveniently located at neighbourhood heartland of Woods Square walking distance covered pathway to Woodlands MRT bus interchange TE2 Thomson East Coast Line Causeway Point Civic Centre with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets Cinemas entertainment Electric Electronic household products furniture groceries sundries postage services community centre and amenities nearby. Bus station with buses serving Woodlands Sembawang Yishun Khatib Canberra and long distance direct Express bus to Sengkang MRT Compass One and Tempines MRT bus interchange Tempines One. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

Takeaway truffle mushroom risotto soup at 9pm+ on a weekday. Staff is friendly. Bought additional bread 🥯 for $1.5. Food is warm even when I reached home. Food feels healthy and perfect for those trying to lose weight or fasting. However, soup is on pricier side. $9

I asked how to order a vegetarian set, guess what, A store manager Mr Ash on notice, quickly assisted me in getting the order sorted out and I have a wonderful meal. Thank you for your service. (Dined @the soups spoon @woodland square). Not only that, he spent some time assisting me to become a member benefiting from the membership points program).

The food is always good at soup spoon but the male staff was passive aggressive. Made rude comments and glared at us instead of approaching us directly when they were closing.

They don't serve certain dishes such as the vegan gumbo, the tables are shaky (almost spilled my drinks), the staff left out my tissues & drink, & my food took a long time & was cold when I got it.
