Ordered for lunch today, meal for two for 32 bucks via Grab. My gosh, i really need to be rude here because I think you guys are cheating. 3 drumsticks and 2 thighs. The drumsticks size are pathetic and the thigh? barely any meat. you guys truly are so pathetic. This is the last time I will spend money on KFC. Competitor are so much better and bigger chicken

Worst and most pathetic KFC branch. Megrea portion (all wings) over fried to the point of chicken being dark colored, dry and hard to chew (like eating rubber). Restaurant should just close or have an entire re-training of staff on how to cook KFC chicken for its juicy tender taste. Shouldn't even be 1 star.

Worst experience ever - manager serg tell us 10 to 15 min rider coming (this is after 2 hours from time of order already) and up till 1130pm rider nowhere to be seen. Hungry stomachs, paid order, and absolutely disappointed. kfc Used to be decent but it's really just going down the drain.

Ordered 5 pieces of chicken. The quality is poor and disappointing. It is not piping hot, not even warm. I know kfc has some SOP on when to fry the chicken. The 5 pieces I had felt like they have been fried hours and hours ago. It was also not tasty at all. Maybe kfc can train your staff properly.

Extremely poor service, long waiting time with grumpy staffs. Please train your girl Shannon well if not please just chug her at back, she really will just spoil someone’s entire day early in the morning. Thank you

Very delicious KFC chicken! It tastes nicer than the branches in Whitesands and Downtown East, I don't know why.

While portions are slightly more consistent, expect a wait when ordering during peak period. Place is also dated and needs a Reno. This outlet serves breakfast.

They have online pickup for orders via their app. Contactless pickup area is available too. Located in the basement of Punggol Plaza right beside the Pizza Hut. Easy to locate. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, customers are advised to enter at the main entrance only.

The Malay auntie cashier is one of the nicest in kfc in Singapore but it’s very crowded during dinner time and slower service. First tried this loaded fries bowl seriously disappointing the portions is so small for $5.65 ala carte item. I would have scream if I took the $9plus meal with this pathetic portion!

Please note that your KFC outlet is infested with baby cockroaches. 🪳 The hashbrown has a burn plastic taste . Please do something. This is not a way to operate a F&B in Singapore 👎

Food served quickly but all cold. Had to ask the staff to reheat the burgers and replace the fries. No cleanliness as well. Recommend to go other outlet instead unless you don’t mind cold food.

For a small KFC, their service is good (off-peak, weekend). The malay lady at the front was very nice and asked me (rider) for my order number, serving with a smile as well. Really made my day :)

It's not a good option to dine in at this branch. The Aircon is not cold and I can hear other customers are complaining. Hope the management can do something about it.
