Good service from Ryan today. I spoke with him to give constructive feedback about the meal i had, just to highlight a problem so that next time it could be improved on. I was not expecting any service recovery at all. However Ryan was quick to acknowledge the issue and went the extra mile with his sense of responsibility. Hard to find employees at service front that are empathetic and virtuous.

I’m sharing this particular incident in Thomson Plaza where I ordered a curry puff set and asked for it to be heated up. The cashier promptly told me that it was already heated. I doubted so as it was from the glass casing but didn’t want to start my breakfast upset. As expected it was cold. Just hate to be right.

Soft boiled egg or?? This is the third time within a month. Kaya butter toast. Not standard at all. Some so thick some so thin. No improvement. Speechless

Coffee started using machine, lost that fragrance and freshness. Coffee tastes a bit sour. I won't recommend if you crave for good coffee. Eggs still good but cold. Staff is not checking the quality of their products. You buy at your own risk. 🙂

You tiao set was served well. However, I agreed some of the reviews here , toast served with unhot. Overall, normal loh 😏

Hopelessly waited 15mins for the butter to melt. Toast is very dry and crispy but cold so that does little to help with melting the cold hard butter slabs. Why on earth Wangz Cafe think this is the kaya butter toast that their patrons would enjoy. Feeling nauseous now after having just a piece. Don't want to waste food but this is really inedible.

Like it here as they offer hot food, pastries, and local beverages. They also have interesting cold brew artisan tea in bottles. Lots of seats. Teh and kopi are quite consistent.
