Ordered from Foodpanda. It is getting worst. Food came messed up as if someone have taken some food from each packet. There’s a hole dug up on the rice. The udon, a portion gone. Only saw 2 abalone instead of 6. The ramen also not good. So unappetising, have all food thrown. If this was done on purpose to chase away customers u have succeeded. I have cibophobia now cause of Wok Hey!

I wrongly ordered a pickup where it should be a delivery. Quickly, contact the Wok Hey Support Team (CSO) and chat with them. They were prompt to react to their customer issues. Out of goodwill, they delivered my meal right to my doorstep. Kind and emphatic service. Really appreciate!!

My first Wok Hey experience! was really looking forward to it actually. I ordered a truffle egg fried rice with chicken. Was expecting a decent fried rice experience., but was kinda disappointed. The Truffle egg friend rice got no truffle taste at all, and there’s only 2-3 pieces of Chicken inside with a small strand of hair among the chilli.

You can always rely on the Wok Hey standard for whipping up a good takeaway meal. I like that you can easily customise the ingredients, and also how efficiently the orders are prepared and served. Yesterday I ordered the ramen & added on some vegetables but the add-on order was overlooked. Reached out to their CS online for the feedback & was quickly assisted by Jamie who offer me a service recovery voucher for me to place another order. Appreciate the kind gesture. I'll definitely be back for more of the Wok Hey goodness.

Ordered on a non peak hour and it was quick. Staff was polite and even say thank you when I’m collecting my meal. Fried rice was fragrant! Yum!

Service crew is rude. She told me that have to wait for half an hour but her friend buy no need to wait at all. Hope the management will look through it and also her attitude service
