Ordered 2 drinks and wanted to work here for few hours remotely. Halfway through the electrical sources were not functioning. Either the main switch was switched off to prevent us from sitting longer and charging our laptops or the entire electrical connection has tripped. we tried 2-3 other plugs all with no electricity. Later on the staff came to tell us there was a 60 min dining time when there were still sufficient empty tables. Not like we were hogging the table during peak period. Seeing other reviews it seems like a recurring issue here. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I'm craving for sweets cake but it turns out this carrot cake not sweet at all, I should just order other cake huhu, I even prepare order salted caramal latte to balance the sweetness but end up I didn't taste any sweets. The place is cozy to work and wait your ferry.

Bad experience. If you’re thinking of coming here to get some work done, I would suggest going to the Starbucks downstairs instead. Came here to take an urgent and sudden Teams call that lasted about an hour. I ordered a drink and sat at the cushioned seats as I needed to charge my laptop and it was pretty empty at that time. It got a bit busier halfway through but seats were still available. A staff member came to ask me politely if I could move to another table in the middle (without a charging point) and I explained to her that I needed this seat to charge my laptop and she very kindly understood and left. A few minutes later, another staff member comes up to me again (while I’m in the middle of my call) and very rudely asks me if I’m alone and if I can move so I proceed to explain to her the situation again but she doesn’t seem to understand and bombards me with questions again. She then proceeds to give me a snarky look before walking away. For some reason, they only approached me to ask me to move when there were many others seated at larger tables that could be separated to make more space. They eventually did approach others after about 10 minutes or so. Most staff here don’t seem to be well-trained in communication to customers and they don’t communicate internally either. To be fair, the location is a really decent work/study environment but unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Still standard. I like this coffee bean outlet because almost each seat has power point, great to use laptop to do work and enjoy coffee at the same time. The air conditioning is cold, usually in the very morning some shopping mall do not on their AC so this outlet is great. The food is alright. I usually have salmon Broch?? egg ben set (haha forgetter the name), I will get the staff to fully cook the salmon as I don’t eat raw salmon. As for the egg, will get they to make scramble eggs. I normally will top up $2 for 2 small sausages. And the drink is free before 11am for only black hot coffee or tea, I add $2.50 for steam milk but remove foam. Wahla! Almost every morning I dine in. Get their member card for some promotion perks. Too bad, they don’t have apps, quite inconvenient to pull out cards from wallet whereby just a phone works all wonder 😅, Coffee Bean wish you improve in this :) Enjoy your outdoor work 😉

The Buttermilk Pancake was terrible..its was tiny,cold and instant.. Don't serve it if you can't provide it...Seriously ??? $8.9 for instant cold pancakes...Even Mc Donald serve hot fresh pancakes. What an insult to the Coffee Bean name. I had a meal replacement...nothing special just spaghetti with frozen prawn and scallop.. Zero star for food.The one star is for the drinks...the staff look dead tired and unhappy...don't bother visiting this place.
