Amazing side. Unhappy with price. It was raining heavily and my hubby bought pizza online, without knowing the pizza is so small (4 slices) enough for only 1 adult :( anyway my fault that I should choose a bigger size like a 9 slices pizza will be just nice. About pizza, taste is normal, it is thin so the bread won’t make me feel so feel. About the side dish, I love the cheese bread, sweet and cheesy :) and the drumlets are sweet. 👉See my photos of food details. 👉This don’t have video. Always late in delivery. Cannot contact via phone to track order since customer-care is always busy. PayLah payment got charged by bank but order didn’t go through the dominos website.

I'm putting 1 star due to how dangerous your delivery drivers behave in such a narrow drop-off point at Crown Center. The area is known as a place for tuition building where family / children being alighted / drop off are very common. While my passenger should have checked for vehicles before opening the door however the driveway is a single car lane and having motorcycles try to overtake vehicles within the 1 meter gap between car and curb is NOT expected. Its a single lane drop off zone! Please educate your drivers how to ride safety, children are often alighted there as well please note. PS for courtesy sake I have not shown the drivers face or full license plate details, if more details are needed please reach out to by providing a contact details.

Terribly slow and disorganised. Took 30 minutes to receive a single personal pizza, and it was lukewarm and soggy. Absolutely disappointing.

I placed an order at 6:36 PM for kids' dinner. The driver called me at 8:16 PM, saying he was 5 minutes away. Our plan was to have the kids eat at 7 PM and go to sleep by 7:30 PM. However, due to the delay, I had to rush to cook pasta for both kids so they could eat. They didn't go to bed until 8 PM, which affected their next day's school schedule. While waiting, I tried calling the support line, but it was always busy and I couldn't get through. There's no other contact option apart from the unreachable phone number and email. I've written two emails but received no reply. The quality of Domino's pizza itself isn't bad, but their customer service, especially the hotline and after-sales support, is severely lacking. Out of five orders, three have either been late or the pizza didn't arrive at all. Domino's top management, have you realized that this creates a negative cycle? You end up having to compensate customers more than you should, and if this continues, your business won't last long.

Ordered via grab and waited over an hour. No updates to delivery status and Grab couldn’t do anything about it because dominos arrange their own delivery. Will we ever get our pizza? Guess not.

If I place the order at 7:18 and the delivery time is 7:48 it doesnt mean "start preparing my order at 7:48 and then keep in quality check for 30 mins. It's been more than an hour since I ordered.

After ordering they tell you via pop up it will take 120 minutes to deliver! That's already ridiculous. But 150 minutes later pizzas still not even out for delivery. Never ever again. Avoid

I ordered dominos from Grab at 1:26 and waited for more than an hour and decided to order Pizza Hut and the Pizza Hut arrived first. I didn't receive any voucher either 👌

Worst store possibly, I have ordered 3 or 4 times everytime hoping for better service but everytime it takes more than 1.5 hours and that too you cannot reach anyone in store. Tracking app is waste as well, ordered my pizza one hour ago it is still not in oven yet. Dominos should fire everyone at the store and shut it. Horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ANY COST, NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION

We were forced to order by app while the app not responsive and buggy. We're about to pay for our meal but the payment page stuck and waited for 15 minutes. Thankfully, order failed and we didnt loss any money. Just go to Pizza Hut or the Thai resto instead

The experience was real guys. Ordered from Grab, and Grab is not taking any responsibility, had to call countless time in order to get to Domino customer service. Finally talked to their staff after 1 hour and they said they don’t have my order. Grab insisted on direct dealing with them. In the end the payment was charged without any food coming. Worst part is it’s been three days since I sent the email to Domino with all the proof asking for refund and I still have no reply. Money is charged without any food.

Grab food and Domino's from this place are equally bad. Using Grab food and Domino's delivery for the first time in Singapore. Waited more than 90 minutes for the delivery and the pizza was never delivered; but the status in grab showed delivered after 1.5 hour? Grab food customer chat was terrible as all the agent kept saying was : you need to contact Domino's yourself there's nothing we can do. Ok. But nobody answers the phone at Domino's so it's like never ending vicious cycle. DO NOT ORDER.

TLDR - ordered pizza (to be delivered to my home) at 6:10 pm on a Saturday night. Personally picked it up from the shop after more than 2 hours later. Here’s the reality, you have a prime location, and the franchisee or branch manager has rostered only 2 floor staff on a Saturday night. Are you for real??? As someone who grew up working in a Dominos in my home country, we never had any less than 5 staff on a Friday, Sat and Sunday night as they were by default the busiest shifts of the week (not including public holidays) Big shoutout to the 2 staff working, because when I went into the shop, they were working frantically like there was no tomorrow. They should be commended considering the pressure they’re under, and deserve to be treated better from an employee support point of view. They were very kind, and apologetic about the situation - but it’s not their fault - that lies with either the franchisee or Dominos Singapore itself for not adequately rostering the store on a Saturday night. Here’s the reality, by not being able to deliver in any decent time period, the Pizza Hut behind you in the same building will gladly take your customers when people choose them over you the next time they want to order pizza.
