Just to let you know that I have seen children in the kitchen. Not sure if this is bring your children to work day but I don’t think it is sanitary. Child was walking around kitchen area without hairnet or proper hygiene attire. One of the kitchen worker was walking around the area holding her infant.

Went here twice recently before 10pm and the person working the counter said there's only takeaway available. It isn't like this for any other outlets since it clearly states that the place closes at 11pm. Not sure if they're lazy or just want to get to the world cup game at 11. Can the management clarify if this is a rule where 9+ onwards there's no dining in?

Takes 10 minutes before order can be taken. Takes almost an hour to get the order. I guess I’m lucky to even get my order this year.

Convenient location right beside the mrt station. Quiet place as not many dine in customer. Pleasant place to grab a meal.

Always understaffed often only see one person making pizza and operating the counter which results in to significantly longer waiting times, especially when there are more take out orders than dine in. This creates a unpleasent experience for those dining in and having to wait 30min for a fast food pizza

Horrible customer service. Sometimes I go here and there is no one at the counter and the staff are at the back on their phone or chatting. When they are manning the counter they can be very rude especially one of the ladies. Food that comes out is equally disappointing compared to other Domino joints and just goes to show the work ethic in making the pizzas as well. Cleanliness could be better.

Delivery Service Review: Twice in a row this store didn’t have enough riders so I received cold pizzas after 1.5hrs. On the second occasion I called the store after an hour of waiting and informed I’m okay with delayed delivery but please don’t send cold pizzas - yet still received cold pizzas. On top of that paid for additional toppings but that wasn’t followed as well. I order pizzas very often and never face the same issue with Sarpinos Dunearn, Pizza Hut & Canadian

To be honest, Domino's is always understaff.. Not sure why, but it seems like the salary aren't high either or attractive for anyone to work.. Either ways, my delivery took a while because of the shortage of riders.. I feel like HR should do something about this.. Shortage of manpower is no joke.. In times like this, salary should be higher..

Very disappointed with the service. My order took about 1.5 hours to be made NOT delivered. After waiting for about 2.5 hours, the app displayed that my order had already been delivered despite me not having received it. I attempted to call the store at least 5 times only to get no response back. After waiting for approximately three hours for my order, I visited the store only to find my order there with the delivery guy who claimed to have called me multiple times to no avail. That statement was completely untrue as I was standing outside my condo waiting for him, additionally, he simply lied about delivering the order and switched off his GPS to make it look like so. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Very slow delivery, ordered an hour ago,and not even picking up store phone; called 10 times now. let me call ya until ya pick it up. The worst delivery service I have ever seen, and will inform ur HQ about this.

Pizza only took less than 10 minutes, and the staff was friendly. Just that the store is freezing cold (and it was raining too) 😅
