If you want to try authenticity Korean food but without chicken, beef, pork etc then much try. Service - they can only understand Korean. explaining in English is bit tough here. Food -- food taste is good. But too much freid in starters. Being a vegetarian if you can eat non veg looking items then you will like it.

This place serves delicious vegan cuisines. Dishes are limited but it's good enough for me.

Vegan restaurant inside insadong alley. Go there because it was recomend by halal site, dinner time need to queue around 30 minutes. After we ate still have long queue. This place is popular among tourists since when we go there 90% foreigner. Ahjuma and all the staff were friendly, order and payment with tablet and card

Great place for vegetarians/vegans visiting Korea and want to try Korean food. I got the cold noodles (perfect for the summer) and the spicy tteokbokki. I didn't have any issues ordering since there are tablets at every table that you enter your order into. Located in the heart of Insa-dong, it's a great lunch place to fuel up before shopping!

This was the restaurant I was most excited to try in Seoul. The first time we came, the restaurant was actually closed - be wary of the hours posted on Google. Google made it seem like the restaurant was open but Apple Maps showed that it was closed, so we decided to check anyway and Google turned out to be wrong. If you do wind up in the scenario, don’t worry because Insadong has several other great options for vegans. So, we wound up coming back a couple days later and barely got seated! We ended up coming into the restaurant about 45 minutes before the staff was going to close the restaurant for a midday break. We promised them that we eat really fast and it was our last day in Seoul, so the staff graciously sat us down. We were so grateful for their kindness and understanding! In typical fashion, we ended up ordering a lot of food and the server was laughing as she was serving us - the meal service was really fast! They were even more shocked when we finished everything, haha! We ordered kimchi dumplings, tteokbokki, jjajangmyeon, fried chicken in a sweet & spicy sauce, and mushroom roll in hot sauce. We both loved everything! If I had to pick favorites, it would be between the jjajangmyeon and the fried chicken in sweet and spicy sauce. Though, the mushrooms were also great! Honestly, nothing was disappointing. The atmosphere is also rather interesting. They had an international vegan cooking channel playing on TV and lots of pamphlets and art about veganism, which made me happy and LOL. The restroom is also very clean. I would definitely come again if in Seoul and 100% recommend the food to vegans and non-vegans alike.

It's awesome to have this fully vegan option and there are many Korean dishes here that you won't find veganised anywhere else. That being said, it was far from the best food we had in Seoul and it was poor value for money. The fried dumplings are 10/10 though.

A good Korean vegan restaurant. Hard to find vegetarian option in Seoul and here is a good option.

Amazing place with local vegan menu! Very colorful and delicious! The menu is located on the touch screen on every table and it is very convenient. However, you need to figure out how it works. The translation into English is not always accurate, but thank you for having it, because in many places everything is on Korean) if something is not clear, you can use wi-fi and translate by photo. The order is accepted from the same touch screen and, perhaps, you will hear a sound at the checkout, which means that the order has been accepted. The food is brought by a very nice grandmother, she is so active, lost of people will envy the amount of her energy! In the price of order includes tea – it will be brought in a teapot and then you can top it up yourself from a thermos. And also, traditionally, you will get a lot of plates with Korean snacks. We have been here several times and everything we tried was very tasty! We highly recommend to visit this place.

The owner was so friendly and brought tea to our table even though it was self-service and she was busy around the restaurant! The food was also really good, even without meat! They also have options where you can order dishes without garlic/onion, perfect for Buddhists. Would come here again, I highly recommend when in Insadong/Anguk area!

Unbelievably tasty vegan bulgogi and kimchi dumplings - was a great introduction to Korean food on my first day in Seoul.

Traditional Korean food but vegan! This was one of our favourite go to places in Seoul for traditional Korean cuisine. Everything was absolutely delicious but my favourites were the perilla seed noodle soup and the vegan dumplings. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is often busy but we never had trouble getting a seat. They also sell ramyun, soup bases and various foods to cook at home! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Recommend? Yes. This is a solid yes recommendation. It is an entirely vegan establishment. I ordered the spicy Korean fried chicken and the wheat meat stew. Fried chicken wasn’t spicy. It had a spicy flavor but it’s not by any means a spicy item. The stew was really concentrated. If you are watching your sodium intake, you may want to steer clear of this stew. The stew had glass noodles, various veggies, and wheat meat in it. It was served with rice and various side dishes.

I had read many good reviews about this shop before I came to the Insadong area. We were lucky that there weren't any queues on weekday lunchtime. The portion was just nice, and all foods that we ordered were great. The owner was very friendly, and the food was served quite fast.

Since we had a limited choice of vegan food in Seoul, I would say the bibimbap was okay-ish. It has a unique taste, but I won't repeat the same dish. Jajangmyeon was not worth it at all. I don't know how the original one taste like, but the one we had is basically noodles and plain soy sauce-nothing special. Regardless, we enjoyed their aromatic and refreshing corn tea
