My team went for a coffee chat during breakfast time. The place wasn't too crowded, and they were impressed by the generous portions of the food, which were reasonably priced. The staff showed patience and provided great service. The big breakfast we ordered was delicious and satisfying. Overall, we had an excellent dining experience. :)

Small quaint place for friends or couples to eat decent food! The service staff is really nice and friendly, I had the steak and eggs which wasn't cooked to my liking initially but she noticed me poking at it and asked if I wanted it re-done and was happy to do it. That was really thoughtful and observant! Will definitely come back again :)

A cute halal cafe that is very open and bright. Food was delicious especially the Salmon. We noticed that the popular dish is the steak and pasta which looks very generous. Do make a reservation as it gets quite crowded even on weekdays. Will be back again!

Quite a nice cafe, albeit rather small with good vibes! There is a second floor but I was told it is for reservations, and as I came on a weekday around lunch time, I was content to sit on the first floor. I ordered sourdough bread, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon along with a decaf mocha. I have to say that the decaf mocha really stood out to me - one of the better ones that I have had! Just be sure to drink it all fast while it’s still hot! My only gripe would be that the sourdough bread crust was really extremely hard to bite through. I nearly broke my mouth trying to eat it and eventually gave up on the crust. I was looking for a simple breakfast option and I definitely got it, so that was really very nice. Next time I’ll come earlier or later in the afternoon to avoid the weekday lunch crowd, as I was told to leave after about an hour or so as they had an upcoming reservation at 1pm. That was slightly off putting. All in all, 4 stars due to the factors mentioned !

Not many places are like this. Cool ambience and atmosphere. A great place to chill with your love ones. Food was great and service was awesome. Will definitely come down again, to try the rest of the food and dessert.

Had high hopes for a Good steak meal as my wife went there once a couple mths before and was raving about how the steak was excellent. But unfortunately it was really underwhelming. Fried egg came Cold and obviously microwaved. My wife ordered the steak pasta. The steak was horrible. Chewy and dry. We made a comment and staff changed my fried egg which came back as per menu which was fried. But the steak for my wife came back even worst then the first one that she got. I got to commend the staff for being reactive and accommodating to our request but the steak was terrible. Though it was not the most expensive steak for the price but it is really not worth the amount paid.

Made a reservation for a friend's birthday dinner. The restaurant had 2 floors and we were seated on the 2nd floor, which was nice and spacious. We particularly liked the lighting and atmosphere as it was nicely lit (not too bright or dim) and there was sufficient space between each table even on a crowded day. We ordered 3 mains and drinks (one for each of us), with one side to share (see pictures). The portion was adequate and decent, although I opted to add more pasta to the prawn aglio olio because usually pasta portions were on the smaller side. The wait time wasn't too long and the food was good for the price range - mid-tier price range. Overall, the service, food and atmosphere was slightly above average and we would recommend this place for anyone looking for a decent halal place in town. Remember to make a reservation beforehand!

Came here for dinner with some friends quite late we were late for our reservation and was seated on the second floor. My friend and I enjoyed the food. As another friend will be very late and it was near last order we decided to order a take away. However the I checked the bill and the take away was charged for service charge although it was meant to be a take away. Luckily I was around the area the next day and went back to the cafe the staff who attended to us said that her colleague forgot to inform us the take away we ordered will be charged as dine in. She ask me what I wanted I told her I want a refund for the service charged she then called her boss. I spoke to the boss and he said he will refund me 7% of the service charge which I told him service charge is 10% GST is 8% and he said he will refund me the 10% service charge and I agreed. I got my refund and the staff apologised again that her colleague did not inform me that take away will be charged as dine in although she attended to us. They did service recovery, however usually if you order away from other restaurants or cafe you won’t be charged for service charge. Overall the food was nice but overpriced and service was average.

Stumbled upon this pretty cafe. Turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The food was good (sourdough amazing, spicy gamberi was superb). But our server Bazeel was the one who made the experience amazing. Not only was he smiley & very friendly, taking in our request, he also was very attentive & made sure we were well taken care of. Very, very happy that Bazeel was the one who assisted us. Thank you very much, Bazeel! The other staffs were less friendly though but that’s okay. Food wise was great. We had the beef croquette, marinated hot wings (not too spicy), big brekkie, spicy gamberi, the beef & the salmon bowl, the marinara, and some fries. All great! Thank you.

Love the food! Easily one of the best cafe to serve proper halal food. Was a little worried about precious reviews on average service, but I received nothing but warm welcome and attentive service. The steak with pasta and lamb rack with pasta are out of this world! Definitely coming back for more. The Wagyu Croquette was a pleasant surprise 🥰

Lovely food, chill music and very generous portions. Service was prompt and friendly as well. I had the steak with eggs which was perfectly cooked. Would definitely visit again to try other items.

Great food with beautifully plated dishes-with prompt service, some halal cafes, that is just a stones throw away from Chinatown area. The teriyaki beef bowl is super nice. The steak with spaghetti could be better, the beef is bit tough even though we asked for medium doneness.. and the salad that comes with the dish could do with some dressing.. A pleasant whiff of truffle fries throughout the cafes.. Overall good experience!

Food was ok. Cake was nice. Good to try once. Perhaps not for my kind of tastebud. Just that when we ordered ice water, it didn’t come. Then we asked the waitress again and she said it couldn’t be served to us yet because our table was full. But there was clearly one empty space for a whole tray to be placed there. So that was not a nice ending to our experience.

A great halal options in the CBD area! The food tasted good although the steak was a little hard to chew, so I’ll recommend ordering the other dishes. The food is definitely on the pricey end with rather mediocre service. All in all a good place if you need a halal option.

Visited on 21 October 2023, at opening time. A very nice and minimalist looking cafe. We order the Smoked Duck Alio and the Steak & Eggs. Both dishes were very delicious and well balanced. The alio was not overly spicy and the smoked duck was juicy. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare and not tough at all. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Would go back again to try their other items!

Had this place on my to-go list for the longest time and I'm so glad I finally visited them. Food wasn't the most extraordinary, but it was familiar, comforting and very value for money. Had the ondeh ondeh cake and baked cheesecake and they much better than expected. Drinks were pretty good too, especially the Lavender Latte which was really unique and fragrant. The service!!!! it was so nice which made our dining experience. The space was nice and comfortable, I really enjoyed my time here. Will definitely return here next time I'm in this area.

Pretty great! All of the dishes were well done, service was quick and efficient! The staff was friendly generally, no complaints! Loved the steak and burger, meat and meat patty was generally well done. Pasta was not too bad.

The sides were nicer than the mains. Other then the fact that they are halal certified, I feel that there’s better cafe food else where. Especially for pastas, meat dishes were still delish. Drinks were also very nice tho!
