been long time didn’t has KFC n support NDP promotion… No bad quality chicken dropped (maybe is not product but staff handle the food) Look at the photos, the chicken seem not handled out of the timing cause can smells oil n … Luckily nugget is good and believe different quality.. Can see peak hours only 2 staffs n 1 technical fixing something..

Was here to order takeaway. Shift manager is very friendly and patient to introduce the on-going promotions. The chicken is fresh from fryer, very crispy and juicy when we consume at home. The coleslaw is also very fresh, no bitter taste. Highly recommended for the nearby residents who wants to avoid the crowd at TPY central.

The first time I ordered here , the cashier didn’t even ask for my drink and just get me a random drink and when I ask for coke he gave me Coke Zero. The second time I ordered here which is today . I ordered The Cheesy Zinger as I’ve never tried before , was so excited to try it. It turns out, they gave me The Zinger Burger But THERES NO CHEESE INSIDE. What kind of service is this? Is this a joke?

This is more of a review for the service staff rather. Just because I had to wait a while longer, the male staff Zul offered me a a cup of drink. That was the kindest gesture i had in a long while at a fast food restaurant.

Small KFC outlet if you want to avoid the queue at Toa Payoh Central. Sometimes they have limited variety, original is the common fried chicken offered here and if you want crispy may have to wait.
