I've tried ordering from Mary Browns three times now. All three times we have been missing at least one item. This time half of our order was missing. Dinner for one was splt between two. Thanks Mary Browns! Twice the pickle chips have been so overcooked they are inedible. Won't be ordering again. Absolutely 0/5 if I could.

First try. Online order. They got my order wrong with the chicken and the side.....I checked my order and it clearly says what I ordered, so maybe they didn't take the time to read the ticket :/ Pick up was friendly and quick. Food I was impressed with the quantity. Taste kind of reminds me of KFC like 15years ago when they were better. I would say these guys are in between KFC and churches. With all the positive feedback I heard from friends I just assume they didn't get the chicken and fries lol.

I will not be returning to this location, the fried chicken was tough and tasted old. The tenders looked like they were cut from random pieces of chicken and the coating was barely existent. Id rate it lower but I've had great chicken from other locations.. I emailed them before posting a review (off nights happen) and was offered a 15% discount on my next visit instead of any refund. I wouldn't have accepted it but the offer would have been nice, I won't be returning here, the overall experience was disappointing.

I am not usually a big fan of 'fast food' fried chicken, but this place is doing it right! I don't live in Langley, but when I'm there I look forward to being able to grab a lunch here. The Big Mary is the best 'fast food' chicken sandwich I've ever had. A well seasoned, crispy breading over moist, flavourful chicken breast, and for some reason the pickle on top always feels so fitting. I tried it once with tomato and cheese at the suggestion of the staff and while not for me I can see why some might like it that way. Even better if you're in on a Monday for the Big Mary Mondays special - that's a value proposition that's hard to beat these days. Their regular fried chicken is also very nice. Leagues beyond KFC in my book. First tried that today, and it was excellent! I also quite enjoy their 'taters.' The seasoning on those things tickles something just right and I've always been served a fresh, piping hot batch. Their mobile app is one of the better ones I've used, offering up their whole menu including specials and plenty of customization options. I find this very convenient as I can place an order and arrive inside their preparation time (about 10 minutes) without having to wait around. The real pièce de résistance here is the staff. Every visit they have always been so friendly and pleasant. When I get there early they're always forthcoming with an estimate on how many more minutes until my food would be ready without ever needing to ask. It's a very nice change from the general neutrality, or worse, like I'm an inconvenience, I see in many other establishments in the same market. So, kudos to the staff and management at Mary Brown's Chicken Murrayville, you're definitely doing it right!

I usually don't bother fast food reviews, but those two guys working on Saturday night October 28th were great, polite, and made me the best chicken sandwich I've had in years. Great wedges too. Happy with the value. Oh and their front end was super clean. Startlingly clean. Looking forward to the newton location opening!

First time here. I never leave reviews but I was working there while waiting for my car to be serviced and they asked me to. And their service and food were so good I said, I was more than happy too!

Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders received a tiny portion compared to what is usually served. I also ordered a spicy Mary burger and it came with the wrong sauce. Ridiculous portions for almost $15

Chicken was fresh and delicious. It had mild flavour and not salty. Portion sizes are smaller then the poppy’s and they charge extra $1.25 each for ordering thighs which wasn’t mentioned by the order taker.

Worse chicken ever. Had chicken fingers and nuggets and both were dry and flavourless and everything was cold. Cashier was training and was very nice.

I edited my review from a year ago because today I ordered a spicy chicken but she gave me an original chicken. Which is fine, it happens. But rather than replacing the chicken, she gave me the spicy powder to put on the chicken and tried to explain to me thats how they do it... she even came to me while eating to explain again... NEXT TIME JUST REPLACE THE CHICKEN. Bad Bad customer service...

I had specifically asked for fresh one to be cooked, which the guy at the front only answered yes and gave me ones that are not fresh..why bother answering if you going to scam customer. also the chickens are dried up and very bad exp here.

Excellent chicken great service I highly recommend ordering from Mary Browns Langley. The staff are super nice very friendly. Definitely my favourite chicken restaurant!
