Amazing, $18 for a salmon's fillet the size of one's finger. Diluted soup. As I have always gotten the SG Chicken Ragout Soup, I am familiar with the taste but this is extremely disappointing.

Had a quick meal at this outlet. The Beef Goulash was a generous servings with a complimentary bun. Salad was "Warrior Bowl" which is pretty good too.

First time ordering meal under the name of The Grill Knife (Rivervale Mall), is this what you called Cheesy Fries? The cheese sauce ($8) are all powdery and mayonnaise seems to be cream sauce. What an abomination. First and Last time ordering this junk. At least the Piri Piri chicken thigh seems acceptable.

Good place to have soups or salads. Though the name suggests, they only serve soups. You can explore the menu using a QR code on the table & order it using the kiosk. They follow self service concept, so you have to collect your food once its ready. Generally, they take time to prepare any dish, but that makes sense as they use lot of ingredients. Food taste is quite consistent.

This unit house’s a few option on Deliveroo and when the surge comes, they are unable to fulfils orders. I ordered from “The grill knife” at about 7pm at the point of writing this, it is 9:05 almost 2 hours of waiting. Granted it’s on National Day but they should have inform me when they are over swamp with orders. My other times when I order Salad Fork from this establishment, I either get missing food items or smaller portion. I 100% will not recommend this outlet as my bad experience has always been with this outlet.

While the food is a bit pricey, and the atmosphere was alright, the food itself was really nice, the soup being weirdly addicting and the sandwich feeling homemade. Though, for $15, it’s probably best to save your money elsewhere. Overall, kinda underrated honestly, dunno why people dislike it besides the inconvenient price.

5 star for the service Big salute and commend to staffs. Apologise to the staffs who waited me to clean the table but they waited patiently. Was not purposely to force your site to OT (due to my late return and order before 10pm) big salute to you all

The food is generally good, but the prices can be a bit high. Overall, The Soup Spoon, Rivervale Mall is a decent option for a casual meal. However, there are better restaurants in Singapore if you are looking for something more exciting or unique

I'm royal customer but experience terrible service today. They packed the wrong food and I only realised this after I reached home when about to have it. There isn't even any number to call ask them to do exchange, and I had to walk another 10mins under HOT SUN back to the place to feedback and do exchange! The staff didn't even apologise for that...really bad experience

They have some surf and turf discounts now and a chicken thigh meal only costs $8.90. Membership is free with mobile number so very convenient. Still love their soups and remember to get free sample (one small taster cup) each time. Unfortunately there are flies flying ard and made the meal very uncomfortable.

Food is decent but what is this diluted ice chocolate??? I ordered iced chocolate the other day and got a rich and thick iced chocolate. I order it now and it’s diluted to the point it looks like coffee??? I can’t even taste the chocolate all I taste it milk and water 🤮 Looks like the leftovers of cleaning out a drink machine faucet it’s kinda gross. Really disappointed. I paid extra for this nonsense 👍

a young lady working there always seems to be annoyed or displeased that the elderly do not know how to operate the ordering kiosk. everytime my grandmother goes to buy food and requires assistance with the kiosk, the young lady always shoots a dirty look at my grandmother and ignores her completely. however a malay guy working there was very patient and helpful with my grandmother which made the experience slightly better.
