The Tom Yum chicken set at $15 was good value, but the sauce and the burger was just okay. The nuggets were fine, while the mango pie was good. The Angus mushroom had a strange off taste, like the cheese was more chemical than normal. The onion rings and fries were soggy.

Very cosy atmosphere and the air-conditioning is superb. On 19/9/22, I had my lunch and was surprised that one of the staff named Adam, took the initiative to write an apology note to me. The taro pie was apparently not done properly. Adam was then instructed to prepare a new one and he did a perfect one for me! Thank you Adam. I hope you'd have received my chocolate bar 😊

Understaffed and as such, food takes very long to prepare. Totally not what you would expect for fast food! Have been waiting for the last 50 mins and still food is not prepared. Mobs of dissatisfied customers can be seen crowding the counter waiting for their food. Would be good if management can look into solving the staff crunch, or at least stop taking orders when the staff is overwhelmed so that customers do not end up waiting so long!!!

Fastfood but waited for 45 mins to takeaway.The aunty employee really cmi burgers are all ready but yet she went to refill tissue tht is not even empty instead of pushing order out seriously waste of my time Order at 1.16 Only received order at 2.06

Food is slow. And fries getting darker. Reused oil. Burger getting smaller. And is expensive. Should maintain size. Bespectacled makcik at the corner looking for trouble and almost get into fight with a group of teenage boys. Disturbing while eating.

This branch has very friendly and approachable service crew. They went the extra mile to ensure my boys love the place. Kudos especially to Stanley (the assistant manager) and Sara! Their service really made BK Changi Business Park outlet a very special one for my boys! Kids-friendly indeed!

pretty nice and comfy place. bought a tendergrill chicken set meal with fries and apple juice, added on vanilla cone. Apple juice nice but was a bit sad as it tasted a little off, could be from the residual sprite as someone before me got sprite. Vanilla cone is nice, taste wise is creamier/milkier than mcds' vanilla cone (flatter taste), staff also gave a lot of ice cream as compared to usual vanilla cone from other places.

Not too exciting as when compared to Germany, they have better options and services. It's world wide chain. But each has it own quality. This was not too great as per past experience.

Officially our favorite burger king branch and this is the only branch I'll have my burger king at. Superb service, the manager on duty was patient and friendly. Love how he speaks to other customers and response to their queries on the self order kiosk that is not working. Food is freshly prepared and though food chains are supposed to be the same but i swear this burger king's burger tastes so much better. Not forgetting to mention how spacious this branch is and that alone makes the meal much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Customer Experience was awesome. They were ready to change the order even for a customer' miss/mistake. Food in BK is as better as always it gets. Great ambience and it looks serene to be seated for a meal. Good getaway for kids as it is spacious. Meal order was quick and less rush most of the times.
