Ate here because i was in a rush and this was the first place I saw. The beef noodles pleasantly exceeded my expectations and the beef cartilage pieces were extremely tender and flavourful. Chicken noodles were average. However this place was obviously designed with delivery in mind (not dine in), and the hygiene and aesthetics were atrocious, to say the least. See my last pic. It felt like I was dining in some back alley in Thailand. I mean, if that’s the sort of authentic experience concept they were going for… then I’d say they absolutely nailed it. 😂

Decided to give this place a shot since I have not had Thai beef noodles for a couple of years. Ordered the beef egg noodles bowl and a cup of Thai Ice tea. The bowl of noodles had a good amount of meat in it, and the soup was also pretty good. The chunks of beef were tender and easy to eat. The Thai ice tea was also good. What was missing was the usual set of condiments like chilli powder, crushed peanuts, sugar and fish sauce. The meal would have been better with these condiments.

The Cashier, Chinese girl very rude. She stare at me like very annoying. So rude. Please do not come here. Cashier very rude. So annoying. Need to wait to order even to queue after me. She scold like what do you want! Even I say the order clearly. I already attach of her photo. After I eat and walked in front the store, she stare like dead. So annoying.

I give up with store. It’s is my last time order here. Poor service. The drink no standard. You have your own risk on the food and drink taste.

Poor and lousy attitude from male cashier. Was told only can buy 1 cup of milk tea but everyone else in the q can buy 2 or 3. Seem this rule only apply to me. Ask me to queue again to buy more. In the poster, also din indicate cannot buy more than 1. I will not buy anything from this store again

I used to be a fan of Tuk Tuk Cha when I just moved to Punggol 3 years ago, the boat noodle was $7 with generous portion and very good flavour. The portion was becoming less and less afterwards but I’m a girl with small appetite so I didn’t complain. But my recent try has become my last try…the dish has totally changed…for whopping price of $9.9, the portion is a joke, only a few bites even for a girl, most importantly the flavour is all lost, very bland and watery soup base, with a few slices of beef that taste like paper both in terms of thickness and texture, it was so hard to swallow…the amount of veggies is another joke…I would happily opt for a normal $5 foodcourt noodle over this… I hope they close down soon to switch for another more sincere stall for such a nice location

We tried the Tom yum mami mee and Tom yum fried rice with Gai Ping. Both were nice and tasty and value money for its price.

I've been buying the beef boat noodles ever since I moved to punggol. The service here isn't top notch, sometimes they're friendly and sometimes they aren't. However today, there was a lady in a very short hair that seems to have a bad mood and a harsh tone to her voice. I'm writing the feedback as today was probably the worst service and food proportion I've had. Soup was too little that I had to ask for more, thin strip of beef slices and what's worst was that there weren't any beef tendons/cubes which we weren't informed beforehand until I went to ask about it. Not being a Karen, but for the price we're paying, shouldn't there be some sort of standardization to it? Also, don't get me wrong, the food is amazing. The soup, the drinks, but service can get upsetting at times, IMO.

Garlic Karage Chicken a bit salty, but rice plain so can balance. Garlic bits were not crispy but hard. And It wasn't hot enough to me when served. (3*) Thai Milk Tea is nice. (5*) 3* + 5* = 4*

Had the thai milk tea Shibuya. The ice-cream is so bad because of the fridge smell.Told the lady in the stall about it.She didn’t even bother when I ask her do try the milk tea ice in their stall.I had to scoop out the whole ice cream and eat it plain.
