this outlet at EastPoint ... is a fairly large outlet with about 40 seats ... we got our seats easily enough ... Fairly short wait , after ordering , to getting our food 👍 ... i haf the Salmin with peppers , served with rice ... great comfort food for me ... my wife ordered the turkey bacon with scrambled eggs set ... she enjoyed that 👍 ... the coffee n tea , we ordered did not dissapoint ... all in a rather reasonabled priced brunch for both of us ... would recommend this place for a satisfying meal 👍 ...

Cashier needs to work on her customer service. She was rather rude and even before the order was complete she went ahead to make the drink without asking us for the rest of the orders and eventually got our order wrong. Food was acceptable but her service marred our dining experience.

The Chicken portion was not too bad, the carrots were under cooked, very hard. Both the carrots and broccoli were flavorless. Fries were ok. I guess, having lived in the United States for a long time, I'm more critical of the "Western food" here.

Notice that the chef didn't wear gloves while handling the food. They should be wearing gloves for hygiene purpose especially during this period of time. Hope the management educate all chefs that are handling the food with gloves and not with their bare hands.

Ordered the fried rice with ham, prawn and egg. The rice was hard they didn't cooked it properly and the worst part was they dare to give me a burnt egg. Super disappointing! I have evidence and pictures taken of the egg.

food surprisingly tastes better than it looks, but I still feel it's too expensive. the place could be cleaner but it's not too bad.

Very generous portions of beef stew!! Taste like it should. 4 giant chunks of beef and a thick gravy plus carrots and potatoes make this a very hearty meal. Kudos to the chef! Hits the spot! For only $14.80

Ordered Hor Fun and requested for the noodles and soup to be separated. However, I only received the soup with no noodles. I have tried calling Hanis through the mobile number given but it was immediately cut off.

Sirloin steak was too hard to cut. Ordered this at medium rare. Soup was too bland to tell what it is supposed to be about.

My usual place for a simple breakfast with the old school feeling. Price although increases but still consider reasonable. Service was ok.

this is an immediate feedback for your cooks at the back who spoke mandarin thinking that non-chinese customers would not understand; waited 20 minutes for just eggs & bacon but when i enquired the cooks at the back said "don't know how to wait ah & keep coming here" this is the first time i enquired with regards to my order. to be honest this is not the first time the cooks spoke mandarin to each other complaining about customers. please review your service as this is such a bad experience and worse it's the second time.

Prices have increased, it is definitely not value for money at all. While it is comfortable to dine at, location is convenient (in eastpoint mall), food quality is acceptable (decent, not hotel standard), the portion and increased prices makes it a poor choice as a restaurant to spend money at. Service staff is polite but there is only so much they can do. Will reconsider if looking for a place to dine at

We had breakfast. Variety of breakfast items. We can choose the type of bread we want for sandwiches. Service was slow during peak hours. Waited almost 20 to 30 minutes. The club sandwiches and the chicken mayo sandwiches were delicious.

Food is very oily and tasteless. Paid a higher price in the hope of better food but was disappointed.

I ordered chicken Aglio Olio today 10/01/24 @ 1pm asked to make the noodle softer but was given spring noodle. (Hard). The cook is wearing ear piece and was not listening to what the lady cashier told him. Is it allowed cook to use ear piece? The price was not cheap and the cooking standard is so lousy.
