As nice as the cakes are, at $5.90 per slice, they are on the smallish side though. There’s nothing much in terms of ‘service’: you place your order via a touch screen at the entrance of the cafe, pay for your order at the same touch screen, get your receipt, move to the counter and wait for your order to be brought to you at the counter. There is no table service. Pretty impersonal.

If you're looking for a Christmas log cake, here's Yule Hee Hoo! ($58.90) from @catandthefiddlecakes. Look at how cute the reindeer topper is! In terms of taste, it's really easy on the palate, offering a mixture of sweet, sour and bitter. The layer of pistachio cream cheese mousse and chocolate cream cheese were pretty light. The raspberry centre is made with real pulps, providing the sweet-sour notes to curb jelat-ness. The hazelnut chocolate praline base gave the slight bitter notes. Its covered with a thin layer of bittersweet matcha green tea sponge crumbles. @catandthefiddlecakes also brought back The Feline Seduction ($58.90, $7.90 for a slice) by popular demand! This dark chocolate cheesecake is super rich, so be sure to share with your friends and family!

Had ordered the 'over the moon' cheesecake. Tasted like a normal NYC cheesecake, but the cream cheese filling is creamy and has a slight taste of the sour cream or yoghurt, depending on their recipe. Also ordered a hot original chocolate. Taste wise, not too sweet, which is good. Had to ask the staff for a utensil though...since they forgot to give me a fork when I went to collect my order.

Lovely ambience and nice seating area. They also have coffee and cake deals at $8.90. Their seasonal Green tea cheesecake was meh, latte was abit too bitter for my liking. Their other cakes are good regardless.

MSW cheesecake still nice. But the coffee seems to have a drop in standards. 2nd time in a row now. Hazelnut latte tastes....like normal latte. Last time I am ordering this. I guess better to go elsewhere for coffee fix. Sad though. Used to be great coffee.

Very poor service. When asked for refill of hot water for my tea, the service crew was quiet and appeared insincere. She even refilled the cup half full. When request for some more water, she just took the water and refill without any word or smile. I really thought she was mute. When the store was closing, the same service crew, approached us and told us "Hi. The store is closed," with a solemn face, very rudely and walked away. There was no prior warning on what time the store will be closing. Immediately after telling off her customers, she went to her colleague shaking her head. I wouldn't recommend this place as it makes the customer feel unwelcome. Very very poor service!
