Pretzel tastes very flour-y and not fluffy and aerated like other branches. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Horrible customer service. Asked to redeem my membership free pretzel and a original stix with extra salt. End up cashier told me to pay the wrong amount and my stix barely had any salt. The free pretzel also wasn't redeemed cause I 'paid' already. Manager/another colleague just told me to come back another time or buy ANOTHER pretzel to redeem. Waste of time to order from here.

Pretzel was cold and raw in taste. Not fresh! Will not purchase from Waterway Point outlet in future. Avoid at all costs!

Cashier system not working. The staff didn't tell customers in queue and made us stand and wait like idiots. Went over to Polar and got better, cheaper food in under 30 seconds.

The Singaporean Chinese slightly elderly Auntie cashier in her early fifties? is of nice character. She asked me how my day was. When I said it was not that great, she said that meant it was going to get luckier. She offers outstanding and fast service. Unfortunately the staff are all replaced by robotic, slow and lacking in real niceness young staff here and at Northpoint. Somebody's app payment was delayed and the staff held up the line for a whole 20 minutes and looked super unfriendly. XO

Apparently the shop opens 11.30am in Waterway Point. Saw the shop opens and the pretzels are ready but was unable to buy as the staff told me that the opening time is 11.30am. The web page states 11am, maybe the the webpage can update the time to better reflect the correct opening hours
