Convenient parking within the mall located on the ground floor. Spacious seating area with good safe distancing. Clean and tidy, pretty comfortable with the environment. Been there 2 times and foods served timely. Some minor mistake but staff replaced it immediately without argument and with apology, that's was great. Foods quality were nice too. Will be there regularly.

Visited on 26 Dec 2022 After a long hiking trip, decided to drop by at HillV2 and to have my dinner at Burger King. The ambience at this restaurant is fantastic and a good place to cool down to recharge ourselves. 👍👍😬😬

Quality is inconsistent. Mid Dec's cheeseburger was a perfect combi of pickles, mustard n ketchup. Very juicy and tasty. Cheesy fries great too. Good job. Its always better to dine in with the food freshly made. It just taste better that way. Dec 25th: Had the snow cheese whopper for Christmas lunch, super yummy melted snow cheese. Flavourful and juicy burger. The turkey ham blends well with everything else on the whopper. I think I prefer turkey ham over turkey bacon (turkey bacon just doesn't work). Perhaps to making the ham over bacon option permanent. Dec 30th: Liked the snow cheese whopper so much, wanted to eat it again this time the snow cheese whopper was a disappointment. Hardly any snow cheese or sauces, taste so dry. After finishing a pour tasting whopper, I'm put off by any BK for a while yet.

Had dinner at Burger King outlet at Hillv2,fast and easy ordering via the machine ! Nice and quiet place to have a quick meal, overall, nice and clean ambience ! 😄

So funny, the staff kept fulfilling the grab/foodpanda order, the take away and dine in order they just kept waiting, I been waiting for nearly 20mins for 2 snack. The staff showed me a poker face and packed the snack box, dropped on the counter after I try to ask when the order will be ready. The workflow is super messy.

The branch is poorly maintained, with grimy table top and food residuals in the table space where the power sockets are at. The booth seats are sticky and covered with mould, which had even spread to the adjoining wall. The hanging light fixtures are caked with dust too, so sit under one at your own risk unless you don’t mind eating dust with your food.

Spacious outlet. Service on the slow side. Food wise, portions seem to have reduced. Ordered a Mushroom Swiss Double, but patties are so thin it could have passed off as a single patty.

Was waiting to order, when the staff just kept ignoring us. We were waiting for 10 mins just for the staff to fight over who takes our order. Terrible service and we couldn’t get our food because we had already left the restaurant because we were in a hurry.
