Bought this cheesecake for my mother’s birthday and I have to say, I absolutely love it. My dad loved it too! The cake literally melts in your mouth once you bite it but I personally feel that the cheese flavour was a little too strong. I wanted to give this a 4.5* rating but Google only allowed whole numbers. Still, I would recommend all the cheesecake lovers to try this as everyone has different preferences.

Personally had a good experience here compared to their centre point outlet - the cheesecake did not taste frozen or had its texture changed from being stored in different temperatures. The ladies behind the counter were efficient in packing the order. Will buy again if I pass by!

Great place for western style cheesecakes. I got the variety 2.0 and they were all delicious. Especially liked the blueberry and the salted caramel. The delivery service was great. Highly recommend!

Disappointing cakes and staff were unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend patronizing this store at all. There are many other cake shops at Vivocity that is worth your time and money. Firstly, about cakes. I bought a few flavours to try. The mango cake has a nice tangy taste to it but it was so sweet that it overpowers the taste of the entire cake. The oreo cheesecake tastes more decent but their cheesecake is too hard for my personal liking. Overall, I will say the cakes are horrible. Also, the staff are highly unprofessional. I walked by thinking that the cakes look good visually but I am unsure what each flavours are so being a customer wouldn't the first thing you do is to ask the staff what a particular cake flavour is? The staff felt offended by my question and even said can't you see it for yourself? It felt like they didn't want my business at all and I guess it should have best been left like that. The company should take time and effort to invest in training their staff properly. Never purchasing any cakes from cat & fiddle again.

Posting on behalf of my mother. As seen from a few reviews below, the service staff at Vivo City is unprofessional and rude. My mum wanted to redeem a cheesecake from a campaign and was uncertain on the mobile redemption. Staff did not offer to help even though she was just standing around. It was an unpleasant experience overall. Unfortunately will not visit again.

Ordered Devil's Chocolate for my son's birthday, it was probably the best chocolate cheesecake I've ever had. The sponge was soft and moist, the chocolate was just right. And the price itself is a great value for the quality ~$43
