Items received without any condiments, called customer service and they promised to call me from PM branch but did not. Called the customer service again, manager finally returned call but did not know where the rider’s location. Waited from breakfast till lunch time, 1.5 hour later. By the time the condiments arrived, the food was cold and the customer service when spoken to her, had no interest to listen, she went emm emmm emmm continuously without listening. The manager also did not bother to do a service recovery and they promised a email and call back but never did. The food wrinkled after such a long wait, next to that, I needed to eat before I could take my medication, it all added up to the frustration with the lack of care from McDonalds. One hour for condiments to arrive is ridiculous.

ordered from the self kiosk at 12pm, received the food at 1230pm, waited for half n hr from a "fast service fast food restaurant" which is totally unacceptable. in between, asked one guy staff to help us check our order but did not get back to us. we then ask the manager, she also didnt get back to us.

It was a crowded night. The amount of people waiting for their food in front of the collection area was higher than expected. But I have to commend Amirul, whom I believe is one of the managers, manning the collection area and the other lady with hijab on for doing their job with such grace and patience. He was calm and gentle with other customers throughout my time waiting for my food to be ready. That is something that requires practice as it is not easy to deal with different emotions from people eager for their food. Also: Consider installing a PA system to call out the numbers when food is ready. Might help the workers with less shouting. Less shouting = more energy conserved to focus and do other things efficiently.

Not the first time this restaurant made mistake to my orders. Either they missed something in a large order, or they put tartar sauce on a fish burger with special label saying NO tartar sauce. Big disappointment. How can i trust you again? Perhaps I need to open up all food in front of you and check on the spot every single time?

We had our breakfast at this Pioneer Mall Mcdonald. Our meals were being served by this beautiful lady manager, Siew Hun. Not only was she polite and humble, but with her immeasurable, impeccable services deserves our commendations. With her efficiency, she presents us with a surprise of this beautiful decorated coffee, chocolate, and marshmallow. Many thanks for her effort and pain staking work! Well done 👏 Keep it up. The rest of the service officers attitudes were marvelously.

this sums up the whole branch in one word. SLOW. on the counter, it does not show the preparing section queue numbers, but all stack up at the now serving section queue. which makes it looks like there is no queue at all. but in fact the serving section is the actual queue.

Waited to collect my morning order for almost 30mins. Saw that people who had ordered behind me received their orders ahead of me so went to check. Just got the feedback, preparing. Waited another 10 mins, went close to the counter and the guy then took attention to the order and just collected a coffee and said done. Ridiculous. Saw that the order was there for some time and he could have at any time collected the coffee to complete the order

Always have good experience here. This is one of my go to place if I am hungry in the middle of the night as it is opened 24 hours. The self service machines made the ordering much faster and the staff at this outlet are very prompt in the food preparation. It is good that McDonald's now also have some healthy choices if one do not want to feel too guilty for dining at a fast food restaurant. As recommended by many people online, I ordered the grilled chicken wrap, which has way lesser calories than the fried options. It was delicious. Another plus point about this restaurant is its alfresco seating, which is good for diners who do not enjoy the air con. Peak hours are always crowded but the seating are comfortable and ambience is bright and soothing. Great place for a quick bite. 👍

Haven't had a wrong order given in years even when I have been visiting here quite frequently. The floor manager? (Person in different shirt) can be seen going around to help out. However, its always busy so you might have to wait quite a while for your order. Recently added a new shelf for mobile orders. Recommend to order ahead from the app 5-10 min before reaching.

Cosy place to chill and dine. It can get crowded during peak/mealtimes. Place is close to a nearby JW50 hawker center and in Pioneer Mall itself. Where there are plenty of food options, some light shopping, and a supermarket. Multistorey parking is available.

I placed an order here via grab for supper. I ordered a mcchicken meal and a 6 piece nuggets meals. However, I received a quarter pounder burger with an apple pie. I am a hindu and we strictly do not allow beef into the house. My family and I are deeply affected by this incident. I would not blame the grab delivery staff with regards to this incident as he could not open the bag as it was sealed. Mcdonald's have really hit an all time new low in my opinion. I will not be eating from them after this incident. I understand that the staff at Mcdonald's do not know where the food is going to. However, they should do the least by checking their order.

It’s been awhile since I ate hot crispy fries from Macdonald without replacing another one. The outlet at Jurong point always disappoints me and waiting time is long. In addition, kueh bangkit soft serve is quite good actually. It cost $1.20 for one

Horrible service I ordered the night before for breakfast for my long journey to msia but after waiting 40mins past the the delivery time it was still not delivered. Called CS twice and they said manager will call me back but no calls from him/her. Hello manager? Are you even at the store and doing your job? Ordered via McDonald app smore. Lousy.
