Probably the worst service and food by a subway franchise. Was there for dinner on 1 Aug. When we wanted to order, the staff was unclear with what they are suppose to do and how to use a disposable gloves. While it took them 5 minutes to cut a bread and put turkey meat on to it, it took them another 5 minutes to remove the bread from the oven and actually put vegetables on it, all while chatting and creating a line at the cashier for customers that has yet to order. The staff manning the cash register was not wearing proper attire (no apron) and was putting his phone onto the wrapper that food will be wrapped in. At one point his stomach actually rub against the wrapper and the sandwich was wrapped with it, and he was figuring out how to use a disposable gloves and needing another staff to teach him how to use. Bearing in mind the line at the cash register keeps getting longer instead of the start of the sandwich bread choosing part. We told him we wanted to dine in, he promptly wrapped our food in take away plastic. Assuming we wanted to go. He didn't inform us of the drink machine being broken until we wanted to pay and the bottled drinks was the other option. Did not tell us about the upcharge for bottle drinks despite the drinks machine was broken and just charged us blindly. To top it all off, there was a baby cockroach running about the cash register and he blindly ignored it. Also there was a hair in my sandwich. Refused another sandwich and rejected the cookies and drinks. I'm hoping the staff did throw the cookies away instead of putting it back for selection. SFA has been notified

A little bit cramped, around 8 tables are available. Food taste is a little lower than usual subway standard, okay but service can be improved significantly. The amount of sauce and vegetables they put in are lesser than the usual subway (i.e Mount Alvernia) The female staff is very curt, rude and unfriendly. Mac & cheese can also be improved in terms of taste and consistency. Overall may not return.

Best subway in town. Special thanks to Mr. Divyan, he is a very great personality. All the staff greet customers so nicely and in this fast food chain they are giving very nice service. Very appreciating and cheers to all the staff. Thanks will be back soon like always

I used to think all Subway outlets are about the same, until I came across this outlet. I was the only customer ordering at that point of time, and still they took more than 10 minutes just to prepare my order. Imagine the staffs absentmindedly picks up each ingredient in slow motion, while busy chatting with one another. Luckily the taste was fine.

Check your receipts when making payment with this outlet. They messed up my payment twice and needed 2 separate refunds. The promotion advertised does not match their prices on the cash register. Approach all promotions with caution.

the subway at this place was like any other, the sandwiches were tasty and nice and warm. however, they took less time to cook the sandwiches and they ended up not being crispy like the way the other subways cook it. there is also limited space as there are only eight tables, which may make it difficult for some customers to stand up and sit down. however, the service is excellent and the staff were really friendly and nice!

Well done to the guy working on his own on Sunday morning between the hours of 10 am & 11 am 11/06/2023. Had customers in store and grab orders coming in. It’s very easy for people to judge and say it’s a bad service but being around the catering industry myself I know it’s not that simple. I was happy to be patient and wait for my food. Once again we’ll done to this man for working under pressure and getting it done 👍😁

The staff was very friendly & warm today! Visited at 11am, and the lady was helpful and patient as she made our sub, eventhough we were abit picky with the toppings 😅 The female Indian worker’s cheerfulness made our day

We visited this Subway frequently as it is near our workplace. Recently, we noticed that the standard dropped and not only that the service crew attitude is really unfriendly. Whenever this service crew dressing the sandwich, he will smash it instead of laying them nicely and most of the ingredients is on one side of the sandwich only. And to my absolute shock and dismay, I discovered a cockroach in the sandwich upon consumption!! This incident has not only been a severe violation of health and safety standards but has also left us feeling extremely distressed and disgusted. I believe such negligence poses a significant risk to the well-being of your customers and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment. Will never return to this outlet again!
