Comfort food for the soul, best during a rainy evening. We ordered the Buddy meal and had an upsized Pumpkin soup, Seoul Salad and Teriyaki Sandwich. I found the quality of the food to be surprisingly good given that it’s a “fast food chain” (okay, one tier up). Overall, great value if you’re looking for healthier options.

This is the first time I am disappointed with soup spoon after so many years.. There's no doubt about the taste and quality of food but their service definitely needs improvement. Almost towards the end of finishing my sandwich, I found a long string of plastic in between my sandwich. (Not sure if I ate any of it...) so I went to inform the staff that I found inedible plastic in their food. The staff just stared and me and told me they will replace one for me. And I said no need cause I'm almost done with my food and won't be able to finish it. But she just took the fork and turned around...???? After some time, she came back with the sandwich and threw it on the table without saying anything. And I said the same thing, we are very full and we do not want it. Then she just walked away. I felt that she could have at least said that they will ensure such incident wouldn't happen in the future, instead of rudely insisting me to take the new sandwich and just get over it. What if it was a kid that ate this plastic?

Ordered via deliveroo! Loved the packaging, so clean & neat! Ordered 2 sets & bill came up to be ~$40, didnt recall it used to cost so much. Velvety Mushroom Stroganoff still tasted the same after so so so many years, one of the best places for hearty mushroom soup. Chicken & Mushroom Ragout was pretty rich and good. Nothing wow for the Kale Salad and Ham & Cheese Sandwich. Home brewed ice lemon tea was nice. Giving high ratings only for the consistency of the soup given all these years.

Small restaurant with less crowd. The soup was thick and good as usual. However, the wrap was too wet due too their heavy dressing. The bulgogi was cooked too tough till its difficult to chew off.

The manager here was very friendly and helpful. Jovial guy who helped me bring some of my food to the table (it's supposed to be self service). Had their beef goulash and the mushroom soup. I prefer the mushroom over the beef goulash, but both were good. The teriyaki chicken with pineapple was a delight too. Sweet and juicy at the same time. The only thing to note is that seating is quite limited.

My go-to for casual lunch/dinner out. Have been here more times than I can remembe. Value for money with vegetarian options. My favourite is the Pura Vida Bowl, although the falafels are usually dry or hard. Cons: unreliable IT syst and app (please improve on this!!), flies around tables, unreliable service (missing out on order, missing out ingredient of part of orders...).

Do not dine in here as there’s too many flies and it’s very annoying!! You got to protect your food from all the flies throughout the whole meal and isn’t a great dining experience at all. Soup is decent and nice, bread a abit hard and stale-like, prices has risen quite substantially.

Ordered Tokyo chicken stew takeaway. Waited for very long because there was lots of orders at dinner time. But when I brought it home, I was so upset that this was not the soup I ordered. It was really upsetting as there is no way I could check the orders, I could only match the takeaway chit they have and my order chit. But the soup is sealed I could not check at counter if they have scoop the right soup.

Today i am eating set lunch which is $9.90. The ham and cheese sandwich is delicious and nice❤️the minestrone soup is appetizing, this is suitable for those who love soup and wanted to take healthy food.
