Worse outlet. Oil not change. Terrible bad oil taste, cannot be eaten at all. Bought several items and all taste bad, need to throw. Waste money. Been a supporter... but not anymore after this bad experience. Never again.

Had the vegetarian porridge. It was edible but not particularly spectacular for the following reasons: 1) soggy youtiao 2) minuscule amount of peanuts 3) Flavor is borderline decent

Bought 2 banana fritters. 1 was at room temperature, and the other was cold. First time, also my last time getting food there.

I did not buy food from here but I’d like to file a complaint. This worker working on Wednesday 28 June 2023 at 1.05pm was being disgusting and disrespectful. When I walked past this stall, he called out to me saying ‘excuse me’ as I turned to him as I thought I had dropped something, he gestured to my drink and asked if he could have some and started smiling creepily. I walked away quickly as I felt so disgusted and appalled by this disgusting behavior. He started laughing and so did his colleague. As I made my way to Old Chang Kee which was behind this stall, he continued smiling at me creepily making me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I went back to take a picture of him because there should be consequences but I felt unsafe and scared that it’ll happen again so I couldn’t get a clear picture of his face. I hope there will be consequences as this is just WRONG. Working in the F&B line includes serving customers, it is NOT making them feel violated uncomfortable. I wasn’t even a customer, just a passerby and yet I was made to feel uncomfortable and disgusted. I hope there will be consequences. Shame on him for acting that way at his grown age and shame on his colleague for just laughing along. Disgusting and inappropriate!

The service was horrible at this place. I think it was the same Indian lady that everyone was talking about. I was behind this person and when he was gone I will be next. But when an Ang Mo and a young lady came in front of me. The lady tried to serve them instead of me. Am I transparent or invisible? When I tried to tell her that I was here first and she still ignored me and trying the serve them first. What an ***! Will never go back there ever again. Go eat healthier food!

Spend your money elsewhere. Service here is atrocious. Indian lady (~160cm tall, rose gold framed specs) has a terrible serving attitude. Asked her simple questions about the food and got rude replies. Management should take her off the roster asap.

Very very Rude Indian lady, I was surprised being regular customer of this outlet. Food is fine - only terrible attitude of this Indian lady - I am surprised as how come such a reputable brand name has such horrible staff.

Whoever was working at 2030H 26/01/24, you dont deserve your status of being an employed man. You bring shame to the brand with your terrible attitude and unwillingness to work. Praying on your downfall that you get sacked immediately

It would taste better if freshly fried, I like the yellow bean sesame, but fried banana looks soggy .. and fried banana is much smaller now ..

visited on 23rd and 24th March 2024 at around 840am. both visits were served by a malay lady whom you could tell started her fasting wrongly. i was greeted by her foul facial expression and her signature “What?!” with the hand gesture you would do when saying that. perhaps mornings are not suitable for you, get a night shift job. i don’t owe you nothing for my mornings to be ruined.
