I've tried the Hainan chicken rice set. Taste, 4/5: Normal average chicken rice, the spices is not to strong and the chicken is not too flavorful, for me its not the best Hainan chicken rice that I ever had but worth to try if you passing by the food court and confuse what to order. Presentation, 4/5 : Very appetizing Texture, 4/5: The chicken is tender, the rice is normal not too mushy and not too dry. Location, 5/5: Near Orchard road, inside somerset 313 @ food republic Service, 4/5: fast and efficient service Type: Chinese food. Price: Very cheap as the same as hawker food price even it's inside a mall Atmosphere/Ambience: modern place and crowded. Notes: Halal food

Good chicken rice and there are plenty of options in the food court if your group can’t decide. The food court gets very busy around 6pm and it can be hard to find a table.

Bought their roasted drumstick chicken rice several times. It’s very tasty and staff was friendly. The chili sauce was spicy enough, chicken was tender and juicy. Portion was generous too! It’s located at somerset 313 @ food republic. Highly recommend :)

Please do something about the Muslim lady server/cashier. If she don’t want to work there, should look for a new environment. She’s gonna drive customers away slowly but surely. For the sake of your business and reputation, please look into this for your own good. Should further train her on the basics if needed.

Your lady cashier is obviously unhappy with her job and requires more training with customer service. The roast rice was flavoursome if not I would rate this as single star for a gloomy reception.

Always a pleasure to eat chicken rice from fitra. Bought two packs of double chicken rice (one rice serving with two types of chicken). The rice was well cooked and flavoured. My mom is very picky about chicken rice but she finished her meals quite fast.
