Order and pay at the cashier, after which you will be given a number and shown to a table. Food came really quickly. Like within a few minutes. The chicken is ok though the early days of Kenny Rogers Roasters didn’t have sauce drenched as such. Portion seems kinda small to me too. The sides are OK though nothing to shout about. I kinda like the Mac and Cheese. A meal for two came up to $37, comprising of two chicken quarters, one of which we topped up $1 for soup and drink. And oh, if you prefer thigh, you will have to pay $1 for that as well. Else you get breast meat. Overall, it’s OK, pretty much like a cafeteria kind of experience in terms of food and service.

A favourite place of mine to visit that is away from the busy crowds in the other malls. Clean, comfortable seats, and polite service crew. It’s a great place to hang out especially during the weekday afternoon. I had the chicken meatballs with mash and it was tasty and delicious. I hope to see more drink choices to attract an afternoon tea crowd.

Unfry fried chicken was the topic of the day among us! Oven baked fried chicken... this surprisingly taste good! On a weekday lunch at 12.10pm, only left with breast part which was sad. So I ordered steak and the medium well is perfect! Still very much love the muffin.

Terrible food. Had chicken chop, fish and chips and the platter. Chicken chop's fries came almost cold, thought it was normal but when comparing to the platter we ordered, fries on the platter was hot. Sautéed vegetables were definitely cold. The chicken tasted old, you could taste the old oil. It had definitely been sitting out for awhile. I dare say it was a rejected item from another customer. Fish in the fish and chips was dry and overcooked. Like how it is at hawker centers, that would be an insult to hawkers because most hawkers' fish and chips are actually better than this. Then we had the 'platter', fries, soggy nuggets and onion rings. $10.50 hahahah joke. Loved the cornbread though, got that going for them. Don't waste your money here, go to the HDL next door and make your money's worth.

Kenny Roasters serves up on of the best roasted chicken in town. During my last visit to the Century Square outlet, we decided to order 1 whole chicken set; for $42 bucks, u get 3 more side dishes of your choice, 4 corn cupcakes and 4 soft drinks (u can add $2 for a soup). 3 of us gobbled down the whole chicken; tender meat with nice roasted crisp skin. Be prepared to queue for a while, especially on weekends nights.

Had such an enjoyable time at Kenny Rogers Roaster Century Square. Brought my family for his birthday dinner, order 3 sets of amazingly done sirloin steak and their best seller rotisserie chicken meal chicken is superb! price is super reasonable and affordable . Served with sides that went so well with it. All the staff there were so friendly, polite and attentive. Service is impeccable. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

You will have to order food first before being seated with an order number. Staff will deliver the food to you once it's done. Ordered two piece chicken meal. Not sure why it was substituted with another drumstick 🤣 Chicken was OK. I found it dry but the taste was not bad. I recommend the quarter chicken instead as if taste much better. Sides were mediocre at best. Place had good ambience, seems like it was renovated. Seats were sufficiently space apart, giving you good privacy.

The corn muffin and Mac and cheese were awesome. The OMG Chicken is also nice compared to the normal roast chicken. It’s a bit weird as you have to order and pay first and then wait for the table.

My very first time trying Kenny Rogers, which apparently can be surprising to many because they are very popular? Anyway I enjoyed the food here, and their chicken is delicious and tender. Their signature muffin is rather dry so definitely need a drink to pair with that. The sides cant go wrong because of how iconic they are; coleslaw and Mac and cheese One thing to shout out is the nasi lemak!! Love the sambal, and the rice is nice too. Overall a great time

I went past the branch today during lunch and feeling nostalgic, I ordered it for dinner. I tried the chicken breast first and it was juicy, tender and I immediately know it will be a good meal for me. The sides are good too.

Fast service, tasty food. However their price has been slowly but surely increasing. Hope you can continue the great service and keep prices competitive 👍

Celebrated my sister in law’s birthday with family here last week. Very impressed with the staff who took order! Fast & efficient. Serving staff was quick but careful when they brought our food to the table too. Special thanks to Ms Mabel (hope I got her name right!) who helped us to pack the muffins (they came with the dishes but we were too full so we packed home to eat the next morning!) & also took group photo for us. She is friendly & approachable & helpful, truly a joy talking to her :-)

Was there for lunch on a weekday and the restaurant was fairly empty, but the service was nonchalant and unenthusiastic. Food was decent, but nothing to rave about. The roasted chicken nasi lemak was good, with a nice balance of spicy and coconutty flavours. The chicken was moist and tender, and the sambal was not too sweet. The snack plate was a little dry, and the sides were bland and boring. The restaurant was clean and spacious, but the atmosphere was dull and quiet. Overall, it was an ok meal at Kenny Rogers Roasters @ Century Square though I doubt I will go back there again.

Well I have no words to describe. Their food is very excellent. Their mashed potatoe are one of the best I ever eaten. Together with the mushrooms soup and fish chips are excellent and the price is reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and prompt. We'll done.

5 stars for service. Came here during a busy weekend lunch, had pre-ordered take away but due to a miscomm, the order wasn't prepared on time. The manager (I assume) was apologetic and nice about it. They sat us down while waiting , and even gave us a cup of coffee without us asking. Service recovery was excellent. This is how good service should be. If I do eat in Kenny Rogers in future, this will be the outlet I'll go.

The food is so much improved from many years ago when i first tried in Novena. I has the OMG chicken meal and the meat was tender, the portions were worth the price. Staff were all friendly - though the queue system could use some work as you have to queue before you get to see the menu. Will recommend to visit if you're in the area

Sides were hot and delicious. But the quarter chicken (added $1 for thigh) came cold and looked like it had been prepared quite some time ago. Chicken chop was hot but seemed a bit over cooked.
