My Childhood Favorite! But the service was still the same as when I was still a child. Why? In the Philippines, Jollibee means there's expected at least 30% of the customers are kids. Kids enjoy the famous ChickenJoy. Big part of it was due to excessive advertisements in television. But in Singapore, 100% adult as no TV ads here to brainwash the kids 😅✌️ This is probably my 3rd time visiting this branch in Jurong Point. Got to taste the crispiness every once in a while. 😅 They have automated machine now so craving customers doesnt need to queue anymore in the counter. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes-ish for our number to called in. And voila, ready to dive in! Chickenjoy, as always, is phenomenal. Great taste! But the size of the chicken is too small to compete with other fastfood like McDo or KFC. Someone has to QC that part pls. They also have the drink counter. Customers may choose what drink they want. But it's quite confusing to customers when they're ordering via the machine. Not all drinks available in the drink counter is shown in the ordering machine. The dining table that we sat in seems so narrow and so we had to squeeze our food in so it won't fall. We're sitting at the isle so we also had to squeeze in our elbows not to get hit by passers by.

2 Pcs Chickenjoy with Jolly Spaghetti & Drink($10) Drink change to Large Pineapple($10.50) Chicken in between dry and moist. Dip sauce to savour. Spaghetti normal lor.

I ordered take away and found out when I got home that I have multiple missing items. No spaghetti. No burger steak, even though they were supposed to be on the receipt.

The atmosphere was great. It feels like I'm home in the Phillippines. The service was also fast and the crew were nice.

First time having Jolibee and their famous Chickenjoy, which came with Filipino Spaghetti. The spaghetti tasted so-so, while the chicken pieces were warm, with well-seasoned crust. I'm happy with my chicken breasts, but I think it would've been a lot better if customers could pick their part of choices from the beginning. No idea with the tamarind (?) soup side that came with the chicken, perhaps it's actually dipping sauce? The meal set was pretty expensive though ($9.8 after tax). Although one can choose the menu from touchscreen ticket machine, it took ~20 minutes to get what I ordered. Service speed and efficiency could've been a lot better. It's unexpectedly a popular joint in the mall, where most of the customers seemed to be locals instead of Filipinos.

Make sure to check your bucket before u leave if taking away. Staff gave me 3 wings out of the 6 pc bucket. No drumstick at all. The sauce container was also not closed properly and it spilled all over the chicken.

Dont eat here. Dine-in service is super slow since last year. Order thru grab, always miss one or more item. Just look how many take-away customers are waiting for 30mins alrdy..

Solid food but staff at Jollibee seems to be consistently bad across all outlets, wouldn’t comment on service if it wasn’t such a outlier compared to other fast foods like McDonalds KFC Popeyes, which all have much better service.

Ordered take away from kiosk. Convenient and short wait time. The fried chicken is crispy, meaty and delicious.

The chicken was pretty meh and served lukewarm, and not really juicy. However the store was pretty clean and the food arrived in about 5min.

The quality of food served here is so much worse than other outlets. Firstly, the chicken is not hot and less crispy than other outlets. The gravy sauce does not deserved to be called gravy because it’s consistency is like water! And the mashed potatoes taste cold and bland which is very different from the usual buttery hot mashed potatoes from Jollibee. The foods that are actually edible are spaghetti and the mango peach pie

After ordering the food. You gotten your food you definitely have to walk back to counter asking for tissue and sauces. They are not very service orientated. Next time I would rather go for macdonald. Not recommended to come

Burger steak has good flavor, though sliced thinly. Came with a wrapped rice. I much prefer al dente grains. $5.30 reasonable. Girl counter staff was efficient with order. Kept my food ready to serve when shown receipt( tho I went off to washroom.) Ample seating area at about 6pm

There’s this one Malay lady with hijab on that serving on with mobile order extremely rude to the extend where no apology was heard. Infact this wasn’t even the first time coming across from the same human lady. Worse to worse situation why would grab order customers has to wait when the freaking food is already been placed there and it was ready for collection!? And that Malay lady had no sense of service line man she had to be just damn unprofessionally RUDE. Common if you having a freaking bad day do not work rather do not let such staff to even exits to serve customer!? No happy to work don’t work and don’t u dare to show ur bad service towards the customers. I am writing this to waiting for a return email and with that I need u guys to take the immediate action on that particular staff! Such a worst experience ever and will nvr ever be coming to JURONG POINT OUTLET
