My Childhood Favorite! But the service was still the same as when I was still a child. Why? In the Philippines, Jollibee means there's expected at least 30% of the customers are kids. Kids enjoy the famous ChickenJoy. Big part of it was due to excessive advertisements in television. But in Singapore, 100% adult as no TV ads here to brainwash the kids 😅✌️ This is probably my 3rd time visiting this branch in Jurong Point. Got to taste the crispiness every once in a while. 😅 They have automated machine now so craving customers doesnt need to queue anymore in the counter. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes-ish for our number to called in. And voila, ready to dive in! Chickenjoy, as always, is phenomenal. Great taste! But the size of the chicken is too small to compete with other fastfood like McDo or KFC. Someone has to QC that part pls. They also have the drink counter. Customers may choose what drink they want. But it's quite confusing to customers when they're ordering via the machine. Not all drinks available in the drink counter is shown in the ordering machine. The dining table that we sat in seems so narrow and so we had to squeeze our food in so it won't fall. We're sitting at the isle so we also had to squeeze in our elbows not to get hit by passers by.

Very tasty fried chicken. They are crispy, juicy and tender. Meshed potato is just ok.

2 Pcs Chickenjoy with Jolly Spaghetti & Drink($10) Drink change to Large Pineapple($10.50) Chicken in between dry and moist. Dip sauce to savour. Spaghetti normal lor.

I ordered take away and found out when I got home that I have multiple missing items. No spaghetti. No burger steak, even though they were supposed to be on the receipt.
