Pezzo serves delicious pizza, and it's quite affordable considering the size of one slice. The pizza is of good thickness and the crust is crispy as well. My usual choice of pizza is the Cheesy Cheese pizza, the savoriness of it is not overdone so one will not be too overwhelmed after consuming a slice. Furthermore, there is also a set meal with drink which is quite cheap. Sadly Pezzo outlets have no seats so have to take out.

Good and speedy service. I always request the pizza to be heated up! Tried the newly launched salted egg pizza and its delicious! The salted egg smell is STRONG thou :)

Worst experience! Ordered jumbo deal via Grab food. Food came in a mess! I ordered Hot Chicks and they sent something like dried Sambal ikan bilis. Their pop corn chicken was worst. Well their can coke tasted good :/

Bought 12 pcs of spicy chicken wings from a male staff and end up getting only 10 pcs when I reached home. Another Indian lady compensated me for the 2 pcs when I repurchased at the store on the next day. Bought 6 pcs of spicy chicken wings from the same male staff again today 24/05/2023 around 8:30+pm and end up only get 5 pcs. This is terrible!!! The staff should have inform the customer when there are not enough wings instead of just anyhow reduce the quantity without informing the customer!!! I paid the price for 6pcs not 5 pcs. This is not the first time that happened

omg the chicken lasagna was damn salty. it's my first time trying the one from pezzo. i was actually looking forward to eating it but the taste really disappointed me. the BBQ Bonanza Slice was really good though!

Although I love Pezzo’s pizza, I encounter a rude staff. Came to pick up the food ordered through foodpanda for self-collection. When we told our order number, the staff just replied with an attitude saying it was picked up already. When I showed them my order number, they gave a very unhappy look and did not even apologise. I told that I have my order number with me and how is it that you gave away our order to someone else without verifying and she just argued back rudely that ok just wait. I am amazed by the hospitality of Pezzo staff and she should be honoured with the “Best customer service award”.

Purchased their mushroom pizza on Sunday 22/1 at northpoint outlet and had food poisoning to the extend to go A&E. Anyone had similar experice on this date?
