Good queue system to allocate seats for the customer. I like the light, fluffy and crispy pancake. The chilled mug for the A&W drink never fails to disappoint.

Although I only arrived after 9pm for dinner with my family, the kind managers still ensured that I could have my favourite chicken for my dinner! It was perfect and very delicious! The staff also told me to be careful when I was going to eat the chicken. Thank you so much to the staff for their kindness and concern! This is my most frequented A&W outlet!👍🏻

Good stuff sometimes do come in small packages. Had seen pretty mixed reviews of this A&W joint prior to trying... but was delighted by the overall experience. Shop was quite small compared to other braches like Jewel, Jurong Point. However, one is provided with good service from ordering, drinks & food ollection and up till tray return. Ordering experience was courteous and not pushy to buy more add-ons.. A&W float was perhaps the coldest ever tried with a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream... could still feel the cold chill 10 mins after finishing the drink. Coney dog sausages were nice and served on a steamed soft bun. Curly fries were not oily as experenced in other branches. While having my meal, could see the counter servers preparing multiple oil catchment sheets on the paper tray during a light crowd period at 11am-ish 👍 Whilw preparring to return 2 trays ( 1 for glass mugs, the other for paper packages), cleaner uncle came to help with one of them 👍 Keep up the good work... Queue was quite fast 💨 compared to the A&W franchise at Jewel 👍🏻 food was cooked hot fresh for my mum and I 😋 tasted as sumptuous as the weekend! The overall atmosphere felt lively and enjoyable ❤️ except for a slender and tanned old male staff who was also hearing impaired, he kept letting the metal table plates and food trays “accidentally” drop on the floor umpteen times over the course of our dining experience, creating that disturbing and intrusive “PUNG” sound which made a lot of other patrons turn their heads in annoyance. No other staff doing the same duties had the same lack of awareness as him so I hope someone will educate him on the unintentional disservice he is causing the A&W brand. No matter, I am still giving five-stars ⭐️ because the rest of the staff and managers were friendly and helpful plus the food really was worth the visit 💙

Childhood memories, glad to try it again. Root beer floats in chilled mug, the good old taste, drink won't get dilluted as is serve without ice. Vanlia ice cream makes it taste creamier. Chicken Coney Dog with Beef Sauce, love the savoury beef sauce, matches the hot dog taste. Curly fries are pretty normal, crispy, but luke warm.

Came on a weekday 4plus. Self service kiosk by the door whilst 4 service staffs at the counter. After kiosk order, have to go to the beverage counter for drinks collection. Of cos it has to be fast. The meat is tough, very dry and tough. What happened to the juicy dried chicken?! Will nvr step foot in this outlet again.

It has been a while since we last had A&W. We ordered a coney dog, a double cheese burger, and root beer float! The coney dog was ordinary but tasty. We like that the mustard was not overwhelming. The double cheese burger tasted more premium than other cheese burgers, and I would recommend it, though it costs a little more. The root beer float was served on frosted mug, nothing beats that. 💓

My fourth visit today, had lunch here at 12nn thus not so crowded yet. This outlet is quite big, tidy and clean. The counter staff usually have some miscommunications that we have to wait for a longer time for our order for original waffle with vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge. At first, we are served with ice cream with strawberry sauce which we rejected and requested for another one with chocolate sauce instead so we waited for another 10mins for it. I ordered a two piece chicken set meal that comes with curly fries and a mug of chilled root beer. Chicken is delicious and meat is tender. Curly fries are slightly salty. My favourite root beer is as good as always. My friend ordered a corny dog set meal for herself. I will visit this place again.

[MCD is better] Their mozzy burger is pretty decent and the flavour and textures are good! I do find it on the smaller side as being $11.50 for a set meal, it should be larger. Their chicken burger is just sad, with their chicken patty being smaller than the McChicken and the set meal costing a whopping $9.50 Overall, the only saving grace is its curly fries which I would say is on par with MCD.

I ordered the cream cheese burger set with root beer for 11.60. Best parts of the meal was the ice cold root beer and curly fries. It's alright but fast food restaurants these days are neither cheap nor fast anymore. 6/10.

Like SC SC, i also have childhood memories. Last time we so poor but we want to have the root beer float. So last time my father thought that root beer is really beer, so he buy the beer but last time we so poor cant buy any frozen things, dont even have freezer as well. my father also not educated so he thought the white white thing is shaving cream, so he put the shaving cream on top of the beer and let us try. But because he too curious he drank it first, who knew that if you combine those 2 things that you can alt-f4 already. thats why they say curiousity killed the cat

Came to Woodleigh A&W at about 9:30pm and wanted to order chicken and waffle. Crew replied that there is none of these because they need to clean up. I was thinking since it’s closing at 10pm does it mean we have to make do whatever remaining food they have? Very disappointing.
