As usual not well maintain, everyone is waiting for the order. Self order kiosk receipt didnt out after payment. Tried ask staff for help but they just shout at you, take picture of the screen but by then the screen goes off. Was waiting for the order to be called out. The staff that standing outside to assist need a basic customer sercive, Hope staff can be trained to be more helpfull and kiosk to be checked before operation to avoid problems.

Honestly KFC? Whats with the chicken size? I am so disappointed with the chicken size. I have ordered 2 piece chicken set takeaway in KFC woodlands and this is what i got. Never coming back to KFC Woodlands. Edit: feedback to KFC about this matter, scheduled a call but did not receive any call from them

Only self order kiosks are open, even so they did not work well. The receipt did not come out, luckily i keyed in my email address for e-receipt. The male staffs are so rude. They just scream at you when you ask a simple question. Your waiting order goes off so quick. Person did not even yell out my number and expected me to be there. How do you expect me to wait there when the order took more than 10minutes to be prepared? Stand there like a mannequin? Crazy. The female staff on 22/10 is ok.

Slow food restaurants, 40min wait, they cooked fast but the service team is slow. Saw burger is read 20min its just keep on staying on the tray. Burger 🍔 cold 🥶 fries 🍟 hot Box got damaged also even I dine in not take away. They closed some table not sure why when it is still 7pm only ? Oh ya zinger burger sure become smaller in size....

Upon receiving order, have already asked staff at counter whether the maple syrup is enough. To clarify that i ordered 3 sets of pancakes meal….and they said yes…maple syrup is inside the plastic bag, pointing to the bag. When reached home, to my frustration, we had to share 1 tiny maple syrup with 6 pancakes(total of 3 sets). I trusted KFC staffs and this is what happened?? Please…please KFC…..if you guys think you can get away with small savings like this and made your customer regret buying your meals thereafter…. This is daylight robbery. This is not the only time it had happened but a few other weekend breakfast takeaways that you guys did these….from now on….no more KFC breakfast for me even though the great taste coz….i dont trust your staffs integrity no more. By the way this happened at KFC Causeway Point

Much similar to most of the stores in Singapore, what make the difference is the food they served. My chicken was served hot and parts are of reasonably big. Store location is within shopping mall, therefore is always pack with people especially dinning dinner time. Although with many dinners and full of chatting, but the tables and floors are always clean and clear. Thanks for the hardworking staff.

I noticed that the female Chinese worker cashier is always the one doing excellent work every early morning but the female Indian colleague really jialat, she always messes orders up and easily angry when customers correct her.

First time dining in here. Staff was helpful and friendly. We came for breakfast and it was already quite crowded. Porridge has sold out. We had waffles with chicken because we wanted to try it. Pancakes were also good.

Kudos to the lady at the counter, single handedly managing all orders and long queue despite having 3 other staffs. I think her name is weicuncun, she’s very fast and thorough, definitely deserves a huge raise! Heard other customers praising her too while we were all waiting

The staff were very courteous even when they gave me the wrong cup size and quickly switch to the right one. My only issue is the one staff member who was being quite annoying. A male Chinese around 60 yrs or more kept going back and forth from the drink dispenser to the surrounding table. It didn’t bother me at first until my order was ready and he kept coming back being a bother trying to wipe the counter by the drink dispenser while i’m trying to dispense my drinks. I hope the branch manager can do something about him

Flies everywhere (I'm literally staring at a dead fly right now as I'm eating; so disgusting). Staff is rude to me on more than one occasion. Typical fastfood staff professionalism, or I guess the lack thereof.

the garlic sauce is bomb! ordered dip and share bucket with 5 pieces chicken and add on 2 additional cheese fries which were just nice for my family of 5 to eat! cheese fries are always good!

Kfc is getting from good to bad to worse. I have at the verge of giving up on it. Chicken is dry, new product sucks. Restaurant is dirty, table sticky, bins uncleared and service staff in some branches are soulless.

Order Foodpanda through this outlet and have received multiple disappointment. 1st cutlery wasn't given although I have request it during the ordering process 2nd burger have mayo and vegetables although I have wrote that I did not want mayo and vegetables, but for some reason I also wrote that I didn't want ice in my drink which they have follow it. 3rd Drinks I received have spillage in the plastic bag, the delivery rider told me that he requested more Plastic bag from them to tightly secure the drinks cover but the stuff on shift didn't want to give him the plastic bag to tighten it

Ordered two meal separately, my second meal was taken away by someone else. Went to question her and she was doubting me. Then I decided to dine-in my second meal too after i cleared away my previous meal, except for my drink. Then she walked past saying “eh you have double sjora” hinting that I cheated her for a missing order. Hello you have surveillance camera for what purpose? Is there a need to doubt? In doubt call police to check your footage la. Why am I being discriminated as a thief for patronising your store twice? You know what’s worst, she didn’t even reply with an apology. She just simply walked off as if my answer was irrelevant. And the audacity to cough so much on my food while I’m collecting it. This is an absolute trash experience!
