I enjoy their food here. The satay grill penyet as well as the normal ones are great. Try the rojak too.

I've visited this place multiple times, and I have to admit that the food is surprisingly good despite the negative comments. It would be unfortunate if they were to close down, as it seems empty whenever I go, with only two tables filled, including ours. Still, I'm giving it a 5-star review because the owner's reply was absolutely hilarious! Whoever you are, you're the best! LOL!

No other customers except my family. Had to go over to the counter to take my own menus. Asked for the ordering sheet to fill up and they didnt have any until they found one under the cashiering machine and it was a used ordering sheet. I was told to use a blue pen to differentiate my order from the old order that was indicated there. Had so much difficulty filling up the order form because the text was so small. Presented my order and the prices were different on the cashiering machine. I asked and the lady told me “boss didnt print. This one Old prices”. They didnt have one of my items and i had to scrutinize the order sheet again to select another item which they again told me dont have. They didnt bother serving the utensils when food came. One of the items served had lesser ingredients than what was shown in the menu picture. Went to counter and no one was there. Called for assistance and no one came out from the kitchen. I walked into the kitchen eventually and called out one of the two cooks there and asked for missing ingredients. It isnt the first time Im here and unfortunately each time the service is deploring. Its already common to see the cashiering staff on video call while taking orders on those occassions. Doesnt appear that any of the staff is interested in the restaurant and the work they do. I hope they close business for good soon.

Food is not even authentic. Doesnt taste exactly like how an original ayam penyet should. Most shockingly, the staffs dont seemed to be Indonesians either. Missed out on my order even after I had written it clearly on the order chit thus making me wait again for the food. Would prefer Ayam Penyet President instead.

📌 Despite the negative Google reviews that we came across on Penyet Town, we finally gave it a try after walking past its shop on a countless times! 😂 Our first visit turned out pretty good! The ayam penyet was served warm and crispy, and the sambal was fresh and flaming hot! On the side, there were a slice of cucumber and fried beancurd to go along too! 👍 Recommended 📍 $6.50 nett 📍 Additional $1.00 each for a plate of rice as the dish does not come with rice. As much as we love our main, we couldn't say the same for the side dish - Kang Kong Belacan. The flavour was non-existent except for some tanginess but thankfully, the kangkong were cooked to be eaten. 🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♂️ Recommended 📍 $5.90 nett Apart from the food, the service was pretty okay, and they serve our food promptly. Not as bad as we had read on Google reviews - uninterested and slow. Perhaps, those bad staff had been replaced by better ones. 🧐

I have been here with my family many times as we were Indonesian and miss Indo food. However, out of 10 food we order, confirm 5 have, 5 don’t have . Bad service. Self service for all the utensils. Always change employees and missing ingredient. Menu has 6 bakso, he just gave us 5 bakso.Small writing in menu and more than half menus , they will never do one. The last time we went there, we paid, then she refunded us as out 6 we Order, 4 don’t have. How to eat? 6 family members. We have to ask what they have and don’t have before ordering as we ate there many times but recently we can’t tolerate due to most food don’t have. Then we heard the malay big guy in specs say, keeps asking about the food but never order. The malay guy and malay lady has been talking about it. We just keep quiet as we worry he will ADD extra ingredient if we confront him. It has been a year for the blur receipt printing. Never want to change. These type of employees will cause your business to close down soon. As a business owner, please come down and see the condition of your shop and quality of your workers. Thanks
