They do great chocolate everything, I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort that goes into the presentation. On one visit I ordered a latte and it was not great but my bad, who comes to a chocolate shop to order coffee?? I’m keeping one star, through no fault of theirs the ambience is not great, being parked in the middle of the mall amongst the busy shoppers it doesn’t create a nice atmosphere to enjoy a hot chocolate or a dessert.

Last minute request for a birthday cake and couldn’t get much options so decided to go for this on food delivery platform. All in all, this was my first try from this shop. Would say the cake was creamy enough but little too sweet. The size was nice and the cake looked aesthetic. I was never a fan of chocolate cake but I think I could buy in for this one.

The drinks menu here is quite limited. Ice blended chocolate is my top selection. I've tried the original chocolate cake before, it's a tad sweet. Would like to try the dark chocolate one next time. They have cacao tea as well, it has a slight tea fragrance with a mild bitter aftertaste to finish. Ice blended chocolate is $6.80 btw.

Wanted to buy a whole cake for a birthday but I could only get it in 3 days if I bought online. However you can get it on the day itself if you buy it from the store. Prices are the same as online (see last photo). Cake was smaller than I imagined (vs AC) and the original flavor I went for was milky and sweet as one would expect of a milk chocolate. This was perhaps too sweet for my liking. Sponge layer was also pretty dense. All in all a good milk chocolate cake but I personally preferred AC cake (which is bigger, less sweet and more on a dark choc side). Also be prepared to have to wait awhile if you go at lunchtime (I was there around 1210) as there is only 1 person at the counter and he/she may have gone for lunch per my encounter.

Had been a regular last time when they served really rich and flavourful hot chocolate 😢 Recently the chocolate drinks are sub-standard, and the ice chocolate was barely cold halfway through.. It was rather disappointing for the standard to fluctuate at this level, and we will probably only return from time to time, in hopes for it to recover to the 5 🌟 standard it used to be.

Price is above average as quite small portion dessert. Pistachio gelato was just amazing! So creamy and silky with strong nutty flavor. The chocolate lava cake was molten inside the cake and the premium taste is delicious. The matcha lava cake was not really up to expectation, the matcha flavor was not strong enough which I though it was just normal green coloring cake.

Ordered a cake online and came to pick it up on 29 July at 2pm. The staff present were very helpful and friendly with my cake collection. I had a pleasant experience with the store. Thank you!

1 star rating for the staffs who apologised profusely to me, is it SOP hasn't been enforced where at the start of the shift, u should check items to be collected or delivered. Ordered the cake on 14/9/23, to be delivered on 21/9/23. The cake's a surprise for my husband, which it was meant to be hidden out of his sight. What is the point of paying the expensive delivery charge of $18 (frm boon lay to bukit batok) when you use Lalamove and when delivery is at a stipulated timing. What is the point of choosing a timeslot if my order is fulfilled hours after that. The chaos only started at 6.19pm today when I called to enquire about the delivery time. It was only delivered at 8.10pm. Nobody called me to explain or update about what had happened with regards to the delivery.

expensive for a small portion of cake. also the cake is quite crumbly which means is an old stock. coffee is not that good as well. tables are rocking all over the place with the staff not minding, and not telling customers not to use since its already broken but instead let customer dine on that exact broken table just for customer count. chocolates are all butterfat with small content of cacao.

Went over to your Jurong Point outlet on 21/11 after checking out your operation hours on your official website. But upon reaching at 4:35 pm saw a big signage saying “Lunch Break” and an unattended counter. After much waiting, decided to call the number on the website and suddenly out of nowhere a female staff came out from the kitchen partition to pick up the call. Looking annoyed without apologizing and saying any word, she pointed out to the signage. As she refused to communicate with me, I asked her what time can I purchase a cake. She said 5:30pm. Told her I can’t be waiting for more than 30 mins just for a cake. If not for my daughter’s craving for your chocolate cake, I would have walk-off for her obnoxious attitude. After making a half hour trip to your outlet, I insisted to purchase the cake. She attended to my order with much reluctance of course. It was an appalling service experience that I wouldn’t want to revisit. To the Management of Chocolate Origin, with the big “Lunch Break” signage, it seems that it’s within your standard operation procedure to have “lunch break” anytime of the day leaving your outlets unattended albeit inconveniencing your paying customers. Perhaps the least you can do is to put up on your website the “lunch break” hours so that we do not have to make a wasted trip and be the brunt of your staff annoyance. And please do better with your customer service training too.

It happen again. They missed one of my order back then and spoiled the atmosphere. Today they miss out to send 3 out of 6 items I ordered!!!! Full of nonsense. NO return called for my feedback. NO return called for my 2nd called. Called for the 3rd time and promised that will update me when delivery collect items from store. NO CALL FROM THEM FOR THAT PROMISED UPDATE TILL NOW!!!!
