I like this outlet for their cakes which are not overly sweet. I recommend the 5 pc swiss rolls for $5 (without icing) and pandan fudge. The ladies behind the counter are often friendly and patient. This is my usual hang out place and I hope that they will hang out for a while as inflation visits us. 🤭

I love their chocolate fudge cake, chicken pie and of course, their delicious waffles. The waffles are so addictive. I would highly recommend their waffles anytime. But the kaya pandan fudge cake is below expectation and tasted not so fresh. Would prefer kaya pandan cake from Bengawan Solo.

Ordered two cakes from Primadeli with the size of 1kg. I should say that the outlet manager is really friendly and so is her staff too. The waffle is delicious and everything there is perfect tho the visit was just a shortwhile. Not only the manager is friendly to customers , also cracked jokes and happiness towards her staff ; which shows care for staff's well being. Will definitely come back for more .❤

The waffles seems overprice but nice, 1.50 for a plain waffle. Might as well i go to the one on the mrt which is 1 dollar. The cake is good

Waffle alone $1.50 just add small 3 pc butter Charge me extra 60 cents mpre expensive than rest of the topping somemore its not even stated there. Is it like this for all outlets dunno if i kena con.

Messy queueing of waffle orders. Those who ordered earlier get bumped to the back when someone orders more. Keep mixing up who ordered which flavor too haay.

Staff didn't acknowledge my presence. I kindly waited to give my order seeing they are busy making waffles. Another lady came and made her order and the staff took her order instead of mine. I asked if he could take my order first because I came first. And he said my waffles were coming. I haven't ordered anything yet. How can he say my waffles were ready? I wasn't there for waffles either. And still attended to the lady who came 5mins after me. When I Q to pay, I stood in front of the cashier, the lady attended to the gentleman behind me, who wasn't standing in front of the cashier. Am I invisible or something? Terrible. Please make Q marks or something.

Messy handling... Received a cold waffle- half burnt on one side and uncooked on another.... Big fan of Prima Deli's waffles... Ate at least 4 times a week at Jurong point... But not gonna come back to the Singpost centre outlet.

There was a man at the counter, that just simply ignore my presence and continue doing What I would assume other admin/paperwork. The other lady was doing the waffles, which is fine. But the guy stood there as I continued waiting??Till I ask "are you guys open to take my orders or closed?" Then he quickly tap the pos machine, afterwards I ask what flavours do you have for waffles? He asked me to go to the front and look??? What kind of customer service is this? So i told him politely to tell me what r the flavours, he clicked on the pos, and read from there. Nonsense service Prima Deli. You need to buck up your customer experience

We always come by here (and also it's other outlets) for our cakes and pastries and they have not let us down. Their cakes and pastries are consistently yummy and delicious. We always get the rainbow, chocolate and berry cakes, they are flavourful, enrich taste, nice and yet not too sweet like others. Service staff are friendly and efficient in taking our orders! Value for money is sure, considering it's quality and portion and we simply love it!

really love the waffles here! however, the attitude of the crew was really unpleasant. was told to come back 30 minutes later for a waffles because the crew “was very tired”. when we came back after his suggested timing, he told us “no” (not making the waffles) 🤨 while we empathise his situation, his bad attitude just puts us off. we hope that the prima deli management @ singpost centre could look into this.

Very friendly staff. Almost always have all the cakes available. Can be reserved prior as well. Very efficient.
